Actually I was thinking of writing a short story scequence where dogfighting coralskippers and TIE's fly through the inner superstructure of a Death Star. ROFL. The Vong as enemies are heavily dependant upon the author writing them. An Author with a good grasp of the whole thing can have the Vong cut their way through most any problem with time. The same can be said of the Empire though.

I'm waiting for the Mad or Scath Star Destroyers. lol

Nanotech is going to significantly change the world. Solar cells that can we weaved into your shirt, near superconductors, cheap electricity to build up not just the third world but developed nations as well. It takes time and this experimentation is a stepping stone. Stop being so negative people. Time and money are wasted on far more trivial things than this and few complain about those.

Does it simulate G-forces on the pilot and/or crew? If so, something would have to be done about that. With an inertial compensation I'm guessing an X-wing could pull a 10G manuver easy in atmosphere. And they're really not that fast in air, something like 1,300kph?

I've been wondering, has anyone ever tried taking an actual flight simulator and Moding it with Star Wars fighters? I'm not talking about mods for things like BF2, but a real flight sim game. Anyone? (I'm guessing you'd need to use some of the flight characteristics of a helicopter or a Harrier to get the repulsors to work right.)
