March 8, 200620 yr I've been wondering, has anyone ever tried taking an actual flight simulator and Moding it with Star Wars fighters? I'm not talking about mods for things like BF2, but a real flight sim game. Anyone? (I'm guessing you'd need to use some of the flight characteristics of a helicopter or a Harrier to get the repulsors to work right.)
March 8, 200620 yr Very interessting idea!I guess it could easily be done using Microsoft's Flight simulator. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance

March 9, 200620 yr Author Does it simulate G-forces on the pilot and/or crew? If so, something would have to be done about that. With an inertial compensation I'm guessing an X-wing could pull a 10G manuver easy in atmosphere. And they're really not that fast in air, something like 1,300kph?
March 9, 200620 yr There is a SW mod for FS2004, pictures have been posted on the XWAUP forum. That's all I remember. http://crespin.xwlegacy.net/pics/Shadowkeeper99a.jpg
