If you're trying to BEAK him, Tex, I must correct you: Only a parochial school may refer to the break in December as a "Christmas" break. (Though they should really offer the break in the Summer around August) There was no BEAK intended, just a poke at nosy liberals taking matters into their own hands. And, why should a parochial school offer a "Christmas" break in the Summer around August? [my computer died the first time I posted this, so here goes ... again] The last I remember, the Founding Fathers were all "Christians" and their beliefs were the foundation for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. No where in either document will you find the words "separation of church and state" (I know that's probably what you were thinking Tofu). I don't remember where it was mentioned, but it's definitely NOT in either of them. If you remember your history, the King of England was also the "head" of the "church" in England, and the Founding Fathers didn't want the new American government to be in control of religion. But, that doesn't mean the government can't mention religion or anything associated with it. It's the bleeding heart stick-my-nose-in-your-business liberals that take it upon themselves to change things to their liking by professing that "it offends others" (Go cry in a gulag!). Oh sorry about that; anyway, the government isn't telling the citizens how to worship, where to worship, when to worship, if they even want to worship at all. That's left up to the individual person (unlike back then). So the bleeding heart liberals want "Christmas break" changed to "Winter break" because it might offend somebody. Well, the change to "Winter break" offends me, so what are they going to do about that! This is America founded on freedoms, not a bunch of pansies trying to turn everything into a "generic sterile society" so they can feel good and be important (at least to themselves). Oh ... sorry about the rant, but I did mean what I said. And Rob, that's a nice long CHRISTMAS break. Even though you're really going to be busy, I hope you enjoy every minute of it
