Like Mad said, its only real fun with as many other players as possible. We play it quite often at school, with me and my two roomies. That game goes on for almost 3 hours sometimes.

We saw Sweeney Todd today. It was ridiculously awesome and everyone in the world should see this fine film. Definitely a great way to end the 2007 movie year.

It rained here all day Sunday, so a lot of snow was melted away by yesterday for Christmas.

I can do type without looking at the keyboard pretty well, though I have to look at the monitor because I am mistake-prone.

My gf got me the Colbet Book "I Am America". I look forward to reading it, especially now that I will have more time to read.

I got Transformers, Simpsons, Chuck and Larry, Evan Almighty, Spidey 3, and Fantastic Four 2!!!

Im gonna use some of mygiftcards to buy a 3rd Wiimote. Thats one of my biggest concerns with the Wii...the controllers cost $40 each, and then the second controller attatchment is another $20.

Lego Star Wars 2 is the best one. I loved playing through the OT. My only qualm was the final battle between Luke, Vader, and Palpy...

Im not sure who my favorites is. I think I like LLF's and Eagle's right now, for the snow-falling animation. I would have said Mad, but he was cheap and re-used his avatar from last year. I also want to take this opportunity to wish a Merry Christmas to all. I just came back from NYC to see the tree in Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Tomorrow I will be driving down to LI with my gf to see my family, and driving back up that night so we can sleep over and have Christmas Day with my gf's family. This weekend has been ridiculously hectic, and the same with the next few days, so I probably wont be around during the holiday. Hope all who are traveling have a safe visit with family and friends!

Does the game ever allow you to duel heros against each other? For example if you can you duel it out as Luke against Vader on the Death Star? Unfortunately, each "battlefield" has its own unique hero. Thus, Palpy was only playable on the Death Star, etc. etc. So the hero you get depends on which map you're playing on. Secondly, you cannot "select" that hero. I havent played in a while, but from what I recall, if you get a certain amount of kills, the option appears to transform your current trooper into the hero for that level. So, if you're playing a Stormtrooper, and get an x amount of kills, the option will come up saying "play as Darth Vader" and if you select yes, you become him for a certain amount of time. As for fighting other heroes, I forget. I dont think it happens in single player mode, because I forgot if the AI player can activate their hero. In 2-player mode Im pretty sure you can. I think I recall playing my friend, and I became Darth Maul and he was whatever Jedi was at that battle, and we duked it out. But don't quote me on that. I haven't played in a long time.

Yeah, we saw National Treasure 2 last nite also. Its funny...I know the plots to those movies are completely and utterly ridiculous, yet I still get a guilty pleasure out of them. I think I like the concept of America being the backdrop for the newest relic collector.

I am mad excited for Sweeny Todd. I hopes to be seeing that soon after Christmas.

Has anyone seen the trailer for Batman: Dark Knight? It looks ridiculously good. I was skeptical at first of Heath Ledger being cast as The Joker, but he looks and sounds sooo awesome. I am looking forward to this movie! Also, I saw a movie poster for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, with a release date for May 22 of next year. Also exciting!!!

I enjoyed the first one a lot, and I probably ended up playing the first one more than the second. Im not sure why...

Well I am done. I think I did decently on my Russian final. I had forgotten the names of certain documents that I mentioned, so I will get points off for that. Overall, I think I will get a B on the final, when averaged in with my A on the midterm and A on the paper, I should get A- to a B+, though Im hoping for the A.

Battlefront II was nice. I loved running around the Death Star with Palpy. Also, Darth Maul was ridiculous in that game.

That sounds like quite the courseload there Tofu. I feel bad complaining about my three exams now... I have been studying for my tsarist Russian exam since 9am, and it is now 8pm. It is going rough. For some reason, it seems I havent retained a lot of the information this second half of the semester (I aced the mid-term). I blame my research paper for taking up so much of my time and attention.

My first one today was a snap. He had given us a bank of four essays to study on, and the two he chose for the exam were the two I was most comfortable with. I got back here at 8:45am, and have since been working on writing up a study guide for Tsarist Russia (a lot of information is needed for that final).

Well, my first two for this semester are today. I have Colonial Latin America at 8 and Microeconomics at 2. Those two will be cake, since they both allowed outlines of the essays to be brought in for the final. The real challenge will be tomorrow, when I take my Tsarist Russia final. I'll be spending all today pretty much burying myself in Russian notes and books. But, after Im done with that final tomorrow, I pack up and head on home for the break! Also, I get my research paper back today. The professor ended up canceling the final due to snow (it was on Monday). The final was supposed to be a 20-minute presentation, which I gave last week. So a few lucky bums who didn't give their presentation last week were able to weasel out of giving one, and just had to type up a one-page outline of what they would have said.

Thanks Eagle. I can't believe I missed that thread. I think it was because it was a sticky, and I tend to ignore them.

I can't believe I didn't catch this thread sooner. RIP Paul. You will be missed.
