  1. XQ2 Starbase Card v.2 For any of you who have downloaded the original XQ2 card, i now apologize I fogot to check the images for the blue tint. This has now been rectified and a new .rsc created. However after battling with the uploads section for 20 minutes i have now given up and will host the new card (in zip format) on my domain. For those interested the zip file with the new version can be downloaded from > XQ2 v.2 zip The model to go with the card can be downloaded from the following > XQ2 Model http://www.swrebellion.com/cards/expandeduniverse/XQ2Platform.jpg Thanks Darth Griffin
  2. Some more as i was bored for five minutes http://diplomats-empire.com/tgn/SWR2.GIF or http://diplomats-empire.com/tgn/SWR3.GIF
  3. Thanks Slight resize with the SWR letters added too: - http://diplomats-empire.com/tgn/saber2a.jpg
  4. Besides once they are locked in position with the Battlestations hack it can be quite fun
  5. Nice to see, and would be good. However i guess i just have to put up with the Golan III & the XQ2's for the time being
  6. Yep just did that myself Thought i replaced the VSD2 with the XQ2 model but put the new model in the ISD2 slot. (moan, groan......) The model importer does make easy work of bringing in new models, but be warned it does not make back-ups!
  7. Nice idea
  8. Listen to the two webmasters. We speak the truth Firefox v1.01 is the safest browser on the market at the present time. It has none of the security holes of IE. From Firefox homepage > http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/central.html Is Firefox more secure than Internet Explorer? Yes, Firefox and all other Mozilla-based products are more secure. Why? Here is a list of the most important reasons: * It is not integrated with Windows, which helps prevent viruses and hackers from causing damage if they somehow manage to compromise Firefox. * There is no support for VBScript and ActiveX, two technologies which are the reasons for many IE security holes. * No spyware/adware software can automatically install in Firefox just by visiting a web site. * Firefox doesn't use Microsoft's Java VM, which has a history of more flaws than other Java VMs. * You have complete control over cookies.
  9. I use the section quite frequently. The only change i would like to see id the advanced search feature altered to allow pure name searches only as at the present time we have to add a category. This can be a pain if you do not know where the card is. I would also like a zip file containing all the cards for the original rebellion. Handy to download all at once.
  10. Still image http://diplomats-empire.com/tgn/saber2.jpg Thanks for the kind comments
  11. Ok very quickly i came up with this http://diplomats-empire.com/tgn/swr.GIF
  12. How about something like this: - http://diplomats-empire.com/tgn/new-logo.gif OR http://diplomats-empire.com/tgn/logo_sw.jpg
  13. Hmmmn everything Trust your instincts mr Fett, you know we speak the truth
  14. Oooopppps sorry How about changing it to something like "---------" as this would sit in the center and not right against the signature.
  15. Great addition & easy to mod the look of as well
  16. Not if you configure the shoutbox to a max of three posts in a row and only allow the registered users to use it. Your site though and i am happy with your decisions.
  17. I always cap the height of the sigs to 100 high & max 400 length.
  18. Ok you need to open the 'Viewtopic.php' file and search for this line: - $user_sig = '_________________<br />' . str_replace("\n", "\n<br />\n", $user_sig); Replace the _________________ with something else or just increase the size of it to make it clearer. If you add the < br > (no spaces) tag in front of it you should be able to add another line too. Hope that helps. Any php questions just pm me On my fifth forum creation now
  19. Give me an hour and i will see if i can find the code for you.
  20. I still cant make them that well, but damn do i use them Go for it i say, you wont regret it
  21. Maybe the wrong place to have this but i would like to see a cap on the size of peoples graphical signatures. Some of them are way too big and divert too much from the topic post itself. Signatures should be an addition to a post not the most obvious part of it! Just my $0.02
  22. No for me as i like the existing one. However i would like to see the inclusion of a good old fashioned shout box on the entry page as it adds a bit more fun for people and its easily viewable to all.
  23. The font i believe is fine as it is. As for adding more emoticons, i would be against this as they can easily end up overpowering a thread if used too much. There is also the issue of longer load times for dial-up users. One gripe i do have is that the definition between post and signature needs to be clearer. At present some peoples sigs look like they are part of the reply. AS for the site colors, i beleive that the black background is good but the definition of the white text can be very harsh on users eyes. One thing i have done is to change the white text to an off-white of light grey. For examples of backgrounds to text please find this link> http://queen.rett.polimi.it/~ant/webutils/140colors.html Other than this i do like the site http://www.diplomats-empire.com/forum/images/smiles/drink1.gif
  24. Thanks Yep we get the army as well Had about 15 inches of snow here over the last few days. Not a lot by international standards, but given the total inadaquate response from local councils we could be in for a while yet. Got all the basics though & as long as the power holds out we will be fine. According to the news we have more to come as well
  25. Jahled if you clear you cookies & temp internet files it should rectify that problem. It is a fairly common phpbb cookie issue. You could also set your browser to check for new versions each time you visit as well. Hope that sorts it for you.
