  1. Yes it is However the exact ways of doing it are laying around in a thread somewhere. I believe that there is a download as well that tells you how to change the bmp's.

  3. The XQ2 replaces the Strike Cruiser as i never built the things. Likewise the G3 platform replaces the VSD2 as i seriously have a grudge against them. In the latest tests i have been alowing the Rebels the option of building XQ2 stations but not the big G3 platform. Havent faced one yet so not sure how it is going.

  5. V3 of the XQ2 Starbase card will be completed by the end of this week. I have been testing the playability of the given levels and believe that they need 'tweaking'. Once i am happy with the tests i will create the new card
  6. Im now trying a game with the maint & constr halved and turbolasers doubled on all ships. Going to see how things pan-out. All other sections left as they were for this test. To start with i thought i would get a lot more ships around Coruscant, however on three F1 restarts i only get one ISD1 & a Carrack at Coruscant. On the plus side there are a lot more fleets spread out to other planets on the map now. Seen as i have the XQ2 stations at research level 0 i expected to get a few of these as well. Strangely i did not. The only thing i can put this down to is the turbolaser & laser level given to the starbase. More tests to come on this

  11. I'm liking the idea of halving the costs of the ships but doubling the turbolasers. Sounds like fun. After a few tests of my own i have decided to up the G3 to 600 laser as it just got pounded by a x-wing squad(12) Keep the ideas coming and please let me know how things go

  13. Teukros a question.... If the stats for the fighters are left as per rebellion standard, how does the GIII fair then with the lasers at 600?

  19. No, to a degree they wont be. However i decided not to make them too invincible as the Empire was renown for poor anti-starfighter ships. Making the stations too powerful would have destroyed the feel of the game and made it too easy to repell attacks. I did toy with increasing the GIII to 300 though at one point. Who knows i may increase it after i have played a few games and decided. Always difficult to be dure when you are testing it yourself as you well know i expect
  20. I like the layout of the forums as they are. However i would like to see the members-only forums in hidden status so they are not visable to all the members. Likewise the inactive forums do not need to be on general viewing either. Whilst the site admin would still have to trawl though them to reach the end the rest of us wouldnt have to.
  21. The Golan III in my game has an anti-starfighter laser capacity of 150 allround. My XQ2 station has a laser capacity of 100 allround. The main idea is that the Golan III is not available until much later in the game.

  25. Normaly depends on how many mods the site is running! Subsilver or subblack may be the default used and all the mods coded to that. If you want to bring in another template afterwards it will require what can be a major update for the new template. Without this the mods you have on the site will not work. Not an easy job if you have quite a few mods or changes.
