  2. Dally smacked the console of his ship, and cursed loudly. he had been waiting for what seemed like forever, and he still hadnt gotten a responce from any rebel base. It seemed thay had all dropped of the face of the galaxy. He knew he couldnt report back to Noreto with another failure, the admiral would feed him to space for another failure. Not that he was about to report back to him anways. Dally tapped a few buttons on his nav comp, and picked a new system to jump to. He was running out of options quickly, and he was beginning to grow desperate. He had to find some rebels, and quickly. Even a small rebel listening post would be better than nothing at this point in time. He just wished he had some clue as to where the rebels may have been hiding. Ever since they had been run out of Orath, they had seemingly vanished. he knew he could return to Mantooine, but that would be way to suspicious. He sighed, and finally settled on a a system. Hopefully, he would find something there. He pulled back on the levers and rocketed back into hyperspace. But he also knew that if he couldnt find the rebels, he could seel all the astromechs, fix his ship, and leave imp space immediatly. But he wanted to give his admiral friend a present before he left. And to do that, he needed some help. Help that only the rebels could give him.
  3. Admiral Krevin smiled, and he laughed to himself as a one TIE after another fell under the guns of his starfighter. Granted, it was only a simulation, but it still helped him relieve the stress that had been building up in the past few weeks. That, and his TIE pilots needed some training. And even though Krevin hadnt been in the cockpit of a starfighter for years, he obviously still had the skill to take on the pilots that the empire was giving him. As the last TIE opposing him fell to his laser fire, the simulation ended, and Krevin sighed. Somethings just didnt last long enough. Krevin climbed out of the simulator, and saw his commanding officer waitng patiently for him. he sighed, and walked over to him. he hoped it was good news, but he knew that wasnt likely to be the case. Nothing short of the location of a major rebel base would be good news at this point in time. After that fiasco at the rebel headquarters, he had been forced to deal with the wrath of the high cammand back on coruscant, and the petty bickering of other admirals. He was growing tired of it. As he appraoched his officer, he spoke in a low growl. "Thais had better be good news, commander" he said, and his commander smiled. "Better than good news, Admiral. Great news. All vessels have finally repaired all damage from our last battle, and we have received re-placement fighters to cover our losses. Also, that shipment of special fighters you ordered from the rim has also arrived, and our pilots have begun training in them." he commander said, and Krevin slowly smiled. This was indeed good news. Soon, he would be able to go on the hunt once again for the rebels. And perhaps, he owuld be able to bring that fool Zarin to the emperor as a gift. "What of our intelligence on teh rebel bases in the sector? Any new movements?" The admiral asked, and the commander shook his head, and handed the admiral a data pad. The admiral looked at it, and skimmed over the text slowly. he read report after report on the local rebel cells, and the local rebel bases. Finally, he came to one that piqued his interest. It woul be perfect for a test run of his new starfighters. That, and it would allow for his fleet to relieve some built up aggression. "Contact the rest of the fleet, and tell them to set course for Tra'ka VII. We will eliminate the rebel base there, and then move on to another base. We will continue this, until the rebels are either foced to make a stand, or are run out of the sector. And contact task force Shadow. Tell them the same thing. We will not be caught off gaurd this time, commander. Not at all." Krevin said, and he then walked off to his quarters briskly. He needed to prepare for his new campaign against the rebels, one that would hopefully redeem him for his recent failures. But with his new starfighters, and his special task force tagging along, he had a feeling that victory was going to be quite simple. Even if Zarin jumped his fleet again, he would be ready.
  4. I think we hay be starting up one two many RPGs as it is.
  5. OOC - I have but one thing to ask...... has anyone respomded to my post yet?
  6. So delete it.
  7. Dally sat in the comm chair of his ship, waiting impatiently for a return communication form the rebel base. Just like Nereto had said, there was a small shipment of astromechs waiting for him at Tangrene. he had taken them, and then boosted some very nice medical supplies as a bonus for the rebels. And considering some of the reports that he had heard from imperials at a cantina at Tangrene, the rebels would need them. In his hands he held a small datapad, outlining his recent encounters wuith Nereto, down to his orders to hand over those asromechs. Luckily, Daly wasnt stupid enough to think that the admiral wouldn't tamper with them, so he had traded all of those, for a larger amount of older models that a pirate group had been using. They may not have been shiny and new, but at least they wopuldnt be spies for the empire. Also on the datapad was the channel through which to contact the admiral, in case the rebels had some use for it. But the most importent thing on the datapad, was a long list of modifications his ship would need in the near future, as well as the schemetics for a special Z-95 headhunter. If he could talk the rebebls into helping him modify his ship, and giving him the headhunter, he could go ahead with his own plan of dealing with the admiral. But if they wouldnt help him, he figured he could justmake a run to Nar Shadda, get on with one of the pirate groups there, and hope that that would keep him safe for a while.
  8. I am drunk as hell, and have nothign to offer besides drunken stupors, good times, and lots of destruction!!!
  9. *taps foot imaptiently waiting for the sotry*
  10. and i cant seem to find one that I like. Therefor, i am going to leave it up to you, my fellow rebellion fans, to find me one. I would prefer a smuggler themed one, but i will consider any options that are presented to me.
  11. Well, I doubt the vong would be readily accepted anywhere in the galaxy for what they had done. if anything, they would be prosecuted horribly for it.
  12. You know the vong will play a role in the new series, be it a large or small one. Maybe some of them will recieve the ability to use the force once again?
  13. As has been mentioned before, he should be about 5 or six, meaning he will be fully capable of having an active role. Jacen and Jania were only aound 8 years old during the correlian crisis, and little anakin was about 6, and he managed to play a part in that series.
  14. trej is right, we have spammed this thread enough. Lets find a new one to spam.
  15. You all wonder if my brain works?
  16. I hope Fett shows up. The star wars universe just wouldnt be the same without him.
  17. Oh, right....... Sometimes i wonder if my brain works at all.
  18. One by one, the penguins shall conquer the galaxy!!!
  19. I still havent figured out how to add my profile to that site.
  20. Well, im there right now, and the only person i see there is evillejedi, and he is always there.
  21. Does anyone ever use it? Everytime I am on it, there is no one there!!!
  22. Krevin cursed to himself, wondering where he had gone wrong. Everything had been so well planned. It would have been perfect, if it hadnt been for the arrival of those star destroyers. He still had no idea whose they were, but he knew that they werent imperial. No imperial would fire on another. For any reason. He looked down to the report on all the forces he had loast in the battle. A large number of his TIEs had fallen in the confusion, not knowing who to attack. A small portion of his gunboats had also been destroyed, but most had escaped. One of his dreadnaughts had sustained major damage during the whole fiasco, and would likely need a long rest in a shipyard to be ready for battle again. Krevin leaned back in his chair, and pondered his next move. He could rally his forces, call in the rest of his fleet, and head back for another strike. But he knew it would be pointless. The rebels would be long gone by then, and he would find nothing but an empty base. he didnt even know if he could trust Admiral Redneck anymore, for he didnt know if he was truly loyal to him. This would take time to figure out. But until then, he would regroup, and prepare for his next move. As he sat there and thought about this, a thought crossed his mind. There was one imperial who would fire on another. But he had though him to be long destroyed. Krevin tapped a few buttons on his console, and brought up the registry of all destoryers in the fleet. It wasnt up to date, but he knew it would be up to date enough. After a few minutes, he had his answer. He sat back, and smiled. It appeared that Zarin was more of a fool that he had thought. Turning against the empire was one thing, but allying himself with the rebels was another. Krevin stood, and began to make his way back to the bridge. He had many things to do, and he needed the help of all his captains to come up with a new plan. With Zarin now in the picture, the empire had more of a fight on its hands than before. And Krevin had every intention of making sure that his little swath of space was free of such problematic pests. Either that, or bring said pests back into the empire.
  23. Dally cursed under his breath as he read the message from the admiral. he had failed, and so the admiral was giving him another chance. One that he knew he had to succeed at. he looked to his astromech, and sighed. More stolen goods. Just what he needed. he wanted nothing mroe than to be out of this mess. So he knew that he had to follow his orders. He set course for Tangrene, and set off on his new mission. As he flew through hyperspace, he thought of a plan to get himself away from the admiral, and from the rebellion, without getting himslef killed. Suddenly, a though crossed his mind, of an old favor he could call in. As he thought about it, he new it could work. Possibly. he just had to be carefull about it. he smiled, and leaned back in his chair. Soon, he would be out of this mess, and on his way out of imperial territory.
  24. OOC - Yah, a strategic retreat would be called for. Im guessing i would have pulled back all my forces immediatly, considering how I am playing this guy, rather that sacrificing some of them to save my own hide. Although the force i had could have taken yours. You had three ISDs, i had an ISD, two VSD, three Dreadnaughts, and two lancers.
  25. OOC - Yah, i just noticed that. There any way to reverse the order of our posts? I gotta laern to type faster.
