  1. I got it from another site, http://hometown.aol.com/yodaminch421/images/ , I think ======================================== Finally, a blasted promotion! It's bloody hard to get one
  2. @wormie: I'm from Peterborogh, about 45min-1 hour NW of TO. @Lord_La-forge: I think (even I'm not sure) that we're talking about blue milk as in the kind we see in SW: ANH.
  3. Generally people like him would have moved on to another forum where he can cause trouble. I very much double he wants back.
  4. That's quite true. Not even Jedi Knight lasted this long... unless you include the archaic clans that, I think, are still around.
  5. Yeah. I can't find the one I use to have , so I e-mailed asking to use this one. I'm hoping to get something more original soon.
  6. Actually it's based on my crazy 3-day Canadian week. It's monday already!
  7. LOL, we blame everything on the French... taht's true about SARS though. It's not really taht big of a problem, we just let our gaurd down a little too early.
  8. Well... um... ah...
  9. Well, he was doing all of his work from his dorm at university. He just got so swamped that he lost touch.
  10. Althought I didn't know him, by the way he has been described, I doubt he will change. However, every one deserves a second chance... well, almost everyone .
  11. Scum? Is it not the Rebels... well "New Republic" who are unable to repell the Vong? With the Emperor in power and the Imperial fleet patroling the space lanes the Vong threat would have been repelled before it became athreat.
  12. Without Rev this site would not exist at all. Rev is the creator of RebEd. I have spoken to him. It, too, was long ago, back when I was just creating my first cards. He's been absent from the community for almost three or more years now.
  13. All of the later eras are missing only one thing, more saber fights. http://hometown.aol.com/yodaminch421/images/lvsvduel.gif
  14. I don't want to dig up some trouble but, if you can give a short version, what was he banned for?
  15. Good go man, 155+ posts in one week! I think there is a word for that - crazy.
  16. The unfortunate thing is that there are few people who still play Rebellion. I rarely play it in favour of newer games, but the whole model changing feature has revamped my interest... sorry, little bit off topic.
  17. Unfortunately, I think that the introduction of the Death Star into Episode II is contrary to everything we allready know. George Lucas has a tendancy to ignore the novels. Because Lemelisk (sp?) is credited with designing the Death Star in the novels, there is no way he did so in Ep II. Those flying aliens (sorry, I'm not realy that interested in the xenobiology of Star Wars) are credited with designing it. I was also under the impression that even the superstructure was designed in the Maw, hense the prototype found there. As for which was larger, the DS II was, I believe, half-again the size of the original.
  18. What more do you need in the encyclopedia than some Imperial charaters? The rebels are barely worth ot a footnote in galactic history... then again I have a bias ==================================== You'll have to excuse my oversized avatar. Didn't think it was that big
  19. I prefer to play against humans. The computer is predictable in its tactics, both in its selection of planets to attack and its combat simulation abilities. People tend to stratagise. Also, there tend to be less small battle against humans. Both sides build up several large fleets and duke it out. But the computer is decent.
  20. So there is blue milk in the U.S. too !? I'd have to move farther north to escape it... not an idea I relish. It's cold enough in Ontario!
  21. Yes, it is the second book in the trillogy after Remnant. I prefer the first book, but Refugee isn't bad...
  22. Well some of them are still here - Evaders, JediIgor, Stratus, Nemesis. Others, who's name I would remember if I saw it but can't off the top of my head, probably left some time ago.
  23. The day I begin to see Blue Milk on my shelves I'm moving south!
  24. Certainly. Way back, back when RebEd was in version 0.2 or so, I stumbled uppon Rev's site. After discovering how simple it was to create RebEd cards, I proceeded to make around thirty in rappid succession. They weren't the most wonderful pieces of artwork but they were decent. I was here when the Card Clan (I believe that it what it was known as) was formed and later when it changed to swrebellion.com. I was a regular up until the forums changed from an EZee (sp?) boards to the current format, or one similar. Any one who's curiouse about my previouse works, I think they can still be found in the card collections (author Grand Admral Thrawn). Those were good times (not that they are not currently). JediIgor and I would post messages and practically have a real conversation, usually with about thirty or so seconds between posts . Sadly I started loosing time as school picked up... It is umfortunate that even those who were new back then are no longer here. I also just noticed (while looking at the last seen section) that there is a GrandAdmiralThrawn. Didn't meen to take you name .
  25. Well now, it's been quite a while since I've been here. I was in the neighbourhood and thought I'd see what has been happening here. I was excited by the news (to me that is) that the models can be changed! My Rebellion playing has been rejuvinated! Some of you have no idea who I am, probably because so few of you were here when I was. Things just got so hectic . Well I'll be here for the rest of the week at least, I'm buisy. After that I'm hoping I'll find time to become a regular again. Most of you probably don't care if I'm here or not but I'd like to chat it up with some of the oldies .
