  2. That's what Threepio is for, isn't it? LOL Maybe so
  3. Well, I honestly do not know many girls that play games. I only even know a few girls who are into Star Wars. Its kind of sad really . You guys don't scare me (offten at least ) but I have bumped into a few gamers in the past who truly worried me. They just do not know how to communicate with women. I will think about it and let you know if I come up with anything. Maybe even ask around a little to my other SW chikies.
  4. Ahhh I see Lucky me I guess
  5. If Any!!?? I am sure there are at least a few of us still lurking around here somewhere....
  6. Isn't that a great site! I have been going there for over a year and a 1/2 now! Makes me laugh everytime!
  7. A chaplain? Ain't that a coincidence. So was my Dad! wow! Thats crazy!! Weird Thats cool. I am getting use to Texas slowly, but the dust stores out here are still a bit much at time!! ....... This is true, I still have all of my boxes labled, so all I have to do is pull them out and refill them, its like a game almost. Its funny for me to see people who don't know how to pack try to move!!
  8. Wow lots of military brats here, add one more to the list....my dada was in botht he army (before I was born) and Air Force as a chaplin (after I was born) I am soo use to moving around. Even when I live in the same town I want to move. Lived in the last town 3 years and I moved 5 times, and I have only live here about 6 months or so and we have already moved once, planning on moving again in May. It makes my boyfriend crazy but I can't stay in one place to long. Do any of you feel like you don't have a real "home" like people who live int he same town for thier whole lives do
  9. Thats cool, thanks. I was just embarrassed I guess, I didn't really expect t see what I did was just taken back I guess sorry for being grumpy
  10. Hey! Warn me next time if the site has PORN pictures all over it so I won't open it at school, gee
  11. Sweet!!!!!!!!
  12. I went to a talk at one of my paleontology meetings where they talked about ways to use GIS inorder to make quarry maps of bone locations, but it seems to time consuming really. We had a guy give a talk today about digital scanning and did a demonstation, it was pretty cool! Glad you liked the site
  13. Ya that ESRI thing is what I was thinking of yesterday. Don't think I shall be going, lol. I liked the GIS class and enjoyed learning the softwear, but my professor just droones on and on and on, reminds me of a Oriental version of Mr. Macky from South Park "right click on file...mmmkay....now go to save...mmmkay....now double click on the ""save as"" button...mmmkay" someone please save me from this self-imposed missery!!!!
  14. How funny I am actually sitting in GIS borred of my ass right now, lol! Its tech. Spatial Data Analysis and Modeling in Geosciences, but itis still borring me to death!! I took GIS last semester. Are you going to go to that GIS meeting here in Texas in a few months Texas Fett? Our professor is trying to talk us into it.
  15. Hmm.....what do I do Well, right now I am working on my masters degree in Geology, specializing in Vertebrate Paleontology. I haven't goten my specimen from the museum yet which is going to be the subject of my research for my thesis (a small ceratopsain from the lastest cretaceous of Texas, if anyone knows what that is (AKA - like a Triceratops, kind of)) and I won't be going out to do my field research untill this summer. So right now I am going to school 3 days a week, and doing research (ex. sleeping in ) on the other 2 days. It is my second semester. I probably have at least a year and a half left till I am done. On the weekends I work at a "recreation center" if you wanted to call it that: we have several paint-ball fields, 3 rockwalls, a skateboarding park, and a Taekwondo dojo. So its pretty cool, keeps me busy on the weekend and gives me a paycheck. So when I am not at school or at work I am at home doing chores and such to keep my boyfriend happy, since he works all day and is to tired to help out around the house You know, its not like I do anything all day anyway. So what does everyone else do
  16. I did not know about all the horrible things that companies do in order to test their products - using animals in order to test the adverse affects of their products. I just thought that some of you might be interested in a list of companies that do test their products on animals. I have many of these companies’ products in my house, but I will no longer be buying anything from them. Please help in this movement and do the same. If enough people stop supporting them maybe they will get the message that what they are doing is wrong. What do you all think of this issue. Do you think that animal testing is ok, or that is is wrong? Why? I know that PETA can be out there sometimes, but here is the URL to a list of animal safe products for those of you who are interested (http://www.caringconsumer.com/page/CompaniesDont.pdf) See below for the companies that DO tested on animals: Arm & Hammer Bic Corporation Boyle-Midway (Reckitt Benckiser) Braun (Gillette Company) Chesebrough-Ponds (Fabergé, Ponds, Vaseline) Church & Dwight (Arm & Hammer, Arrid, Brillo, Lady’s Choice, Nair, Pearl Drops) Clairol (Aussie, Daily Defense, Herbal Essences, Infusium 23, Procter & Gamble) Clorox (ArmorAll, Brita, Formula 409, Fresh Step, Glad, Liquid Plumber, Pine-Sol, Soft Scrub, S.O.S., Tilex) Colgate-Palmolive Co. 18. I also feel that way about ESB. It has taken me a very long time to appreciate it. I use to hate it and I am just now warming up to it. It is just so dark and dark things are the last things I have needed these past few years. I agree with most of the sentaments on the prequills....lets keep our fingers crossed!!
  19. LOL, no doubt! But I have to agree that I love him for what he created, bbut I also dissagree with a few things. But it all goes back to what he gave us. We wouldn't be talking here now if he hadn't decided to make the movies. Not to many poll options there either, ehh??!!

  24. LOL, I actually didn't even find ut that they got him untill yesterday whne I got to work. This past week was my last week of classes and I have been so wraped up in that that I completely lost touch with everything else, even this site unfortunatly. I think its great they got him, although I wasnt sure it was him at first, maybe a decoy. Now if we could just catch that other guy, who isn't the leader of a country who still manages to alude us.
  25. LOL, ya it sure is big! I get to drive all the way across the state next week (west to east then back again) for Thanksgiving, only takes half a day
