"Nice work everyone, I'm sure High Command will be most pleased," Evan said as Green squadron hypered out of the area. *** Admiral Helos stood up at the debriefing: "Great job everyone, the data is currently being analyzed, but the loss of the lab ship will severly delay this project for the Imperials, and we now have a good source of information about it. Merick your official promotion ceremony is in 0200 hours so be ready. Our next target is, well, I think we plan on returning to Denab and setting the Imperials straight. We'll make sure our intelligence is accurate this time. Would anyone else like to add anything?

Surely it would be difficult, but they had reduced the amount of Imperial fighters to almost nill....It's daring, but then again the Imperials will never expect it.... *** Green squadron came out of hyperspace escorting the shuttle. Sure enough, the Imperials remained in the asteroid field. When they finally got to the edge of the asteroid field, the turbolasers started firing and the few remaining fighters were launched. They can't continue to fire the turbolasers without endangering their own ships.... Green six got hit and was instantly atomized, but he was Green squadron's only casulty. The few TIEs that were left were no match for the nine X-wings and were quickly vaporized. The turbolasers soon stopped firing as Green squadron danced around the capitol ships and the shuttle appeared to have docked safely....

No space combat?
