The Bismarck's sister ship was the Tirpitz, which was sunk by the British. The German surface arm was rather pitiful actually. The Japenese Imperial Navy would have easily sunk it. It didn't even have any aircraft carrier while the Japenese had many and two super battleships. Who's your favorite person, Rommel?
