Not drinking. Freshers week is the first week of uni, in which there is lots of socialising. By the end of it most people have the flu frrom lack of sleep, cold weather up north, and catching everyone's coughs and colds.

Terminator vs Aliens vs Predator deals with some of this. It's a great ggraphic novel.
