Which is your favorit SW game?

From what I understood of Vong culture. They consider that their Gods sacrificed pieces of themself to create the universe. The Vong honor them by taking pain and cutting pieces of themself off to replace them by organic replacements.

 

That was Yun-Yuuzhan who torn off his limbs and threw them through the universe creating planets, life and even the other Yuuzhan Vong god's. It is also to do with why the Yuuzhan Vong have learnt to embrace pain. The Shamed One's also evolved the belief to encompass the force by saying that it was the sould of Yun-Yuuzhan after he tore his body apart and that the Jedi were directly connected to their gods. Well, I'm pretty sure that right anyway

I still have problems understanding why they hate machines. Isn't it because they consider it dishonors the gods?

Yeah, I can't remember what exactly - Other than it's to do with their beliefs. Considering the Vong, I'd say it also has to do with honour, so unless anyone contridicts me I'd say you're right.

They hate machines because they think that is mocks life, which was created by Yun-Yuuzahn tearing his own flesh to create the universe. So it is basically that it dishonours their gods.

I was really excited when Jedi Academy came out because it was heaps better than any other jedi game, but they still need some more improvements. I actually like Dark Forces 1 as far as storyline goes, I thought that was cool. Ok, the gameplay wasn't that great, but the story was worth it. KoOR was good, #2 should be better! I actually want them to make a SW game like Final Fantasy! I think that's got the best type of game, so an SW version would be fully sick! If anyone makes one, or gets one or anything, tell me!

The closest thing you'd get to a FF Star Wars game is either KotOR or Galaxies.

Not sure what they have in Switzerland but I usually try EB or GameStop. Your best bet, Mad, is to try Amazon or eBay.

I've seen Dark Forces on the jewl-case rotater in my local EB, but it has since dissapeared and I can't find another copy. The same can be said for any of the Rebel Assault games. While I'm not an advocate of downloading copyrighted material, if I can't find it through a retail source, I will download it until I can. I usually use Bit Torrent since it's the safest for users. If I find a copy of Dark Forces in EB again, I'll mail it to you.

I checked out EBgames and found the game for 5$ but it cost 30$ for shipping it to Switzerland.

Really, that much? I could send a book to Seul Korea for only $20. After I get my recently-ordered items, I'll see what I can do. Just spend $600 fora sword and gorget. Can't wait until they get here!

 

All the talk about DF got me itching to play it, so I'm DLing itn ow. If it's good (I've never actually played it. Shame on me ) I'll buy it.

I bought the jedi knight and quite liked but it was joly hard. I fell that the jedi knight series has got less hard as they advance.

Yes, I found JK II to be rather easy, with only a smattering of hard spots. I was dissapointed with Dessan.

Battlefront, I'm hoping is going to be the best SW game ever! It should be really cool! Has anyone heard of Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth? It looks so awesome, and I would love them to make a strategy game with that same sort of feel, ya know, units with emotions etc. Imperium Galactica is a cool game too. I would love an SW version of that!
