Which is your favorit SW game?

Yuuzhan Vong is a game? Oh how I would dream....The gungan famba shield thingy, was kind of useful....

GB is an alright game, though it gets boring quick. As for Star Wars ground based RTS, Force Commander was a lot better - even if it lacked several areas.

 

Couldn't someone just mod some Yuuzhan Vong to replace the idiotic frog-faces.

 

There's a mod under devolopment at the moment for the Vong in GB, here are some pics. And apparently it replaces the Gungans

Last I heard the project was abandoned, that guy Fettmeister had many RL pressures and couldn't continue with it...

Yeah, I just found the forum for the guys designing/making it - man, they sure argued between themselves more than working on the project! Such a shame too - here I was with my hoeps up for another good mod

 

Oh well, at least I've got the Coral Skipper and Vong warrior

I'm not too sure that adding the Vong would improve the game that much. I'm keeping an eye on Imperial Assault, the mod for C&C Generals.

Though a little bit off topic. I'm having some trouble with my avatar. I think the site I had it on was removed from the server and now i can't change it to another site.

Thrawn: go to your profile and look up the url of your avatar, there's a rather long string pointing to the standard avatars on swr there, that you need to remove

Can't figure the bloody thing out. I see the drop-box that brings up the list for the avatars on SWR, but not too sure how to "upload" one of my choice.

As for GB, there is some odd way of modding it. Creating new units it's like creating GIFs you have to make the motions of when they stand still, when they move and attack. there were some tutorial therefore on that site I think or in the Forums.

It's not the hosting I've got trouble with, though thank you for the offer. It's getting the bloody link into the Avater line on my settings that's got me. Unless there's a button that says "Use your Own" I tend to get lost.

1. Go on to the site where your avatar is. Right click on the picture and then click proprieties (or something like that (at the bottom off the roll out) ) to get the URL of the pic.

2. Go on to SWRebellion. Up top you can see different links (Home - Forums - Rebellion ...). Put the mouse on "Forums" to get a roll out menu to appear. Click on "Profile".

3. At the bottom of the menu you have the "Avatar Control Panel". There there is a box named "Link to off-site Avatar".

4. Copy the URL of your pic into that box and then click submit.

BTW If anybody needs a place to host avatars or pics. You can use my MSN group (http://groups.msn.com/ImagehostingfromMad78). But PLEASE ask before putting pics there as place is limited.

Well, I guess it couldn't hurt to give it a shot - I hope *gulp*

 

Now, I'm not making any promises except that I'll give it a shot, and that's to see if I can make a single unit! By the way, the closest thing to modding that I've done was changing stats with RebEd.

Think I got it fixed. Just created my own. If any one needs hosting, or if Mad's gets full, the Empire of the Hand has losts of space left.

Yeah, there are lots of my cards here. Most of them are from when I first arrived, thier images from the SWCCG. Actually, I'm not too sure how many I've made. Some of them are low quality, but other's are pretty good (though most are just different pics and no changes to the stats).
