Yavin
Yavin is a star system in the Sumitra sector of Star Wars: Rebellion. It is a gas giant in an Outer Rim territory of the same name. Its fourth moon housed a Rebel base during the Battle of Yavin.
In the game
Yavin is a Rim system in the Sumitra sector. The sector is used in every galaxy size, and a standard galaxy has 10 sectors, a large one 15 and a huge one 20, each with 10 systems.
Yavin always begins the game 100 percent loyal to the Alliance. Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Jan Dodonna and Wedge Antilles start there. The manual warns that the Empire is likely to strike back at Yavin soon, and advises moving key characters away or building up its defenses.
The 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770 puts a different world, Yavin 4, in this system's slot.
