You can convert all animations with the converter with a couple of clicks.

That would be xml coding, not lua scripting.

I am looking foward when FOC will be out. All mods to be transported to FOC. The larger ones will have a bit of waork to do.

Awesome what all did you do to get the darktroopers i already converted the files just need to know what else to do to put them into game  

The sound of the Dark Troopers should be in the audio .meg file. Extract it and create the folder audio ect and put them in.

well i got the darktrooper to show up in game unfornately when i land them they crash the game any ideas? i converted the files, did the xml but still crashes *Shrugs* my first time in doing all of this so it's learn as i go lol

Al righty the new TIEs require abosolutely no changes, well aside from the phanto, you;d need to get rid of STEALTH ability.

so just copy em over 

And with the phantom, there's a mod over at EaW Files that made a stealth ability; you could just apply it to FoC's Phantom model.

Good idea. Space fighters don't need change at least.

They are called Dark Trooper not for the color of their suit.

The color of the suit at least for the phase 2 is the same of the stormtroopers. The phase 3 is a little darker if yuo have taken a look to them. The phase 1 is ok.

Oh lol that's not the stealth ability. The tie phatom is just semitransparent (from the alpha value of the skin, i think). Nothing to do with a triggered stealth ability.

 

But the invisible on radar thing is good...

It's a unit ability, which is hard-coded into the exe. So no, it can't be ported. the effects and stuff, probably, but not the actual ability.

In the Exe?? Does it contains those informations???
