  11. Mark Hamill is definately a stud.. if I were blind, a female, and had no sense of smell or touch, I would SO be all over him.
  12. What brought me back.. actually I got a reply notification in my email.. so I decided to come back and see what was going on.
  13. I think this is the point where we need to define these terms, clarify things a bit. My definations are as follows Nerd - someone with a lot of knowledge and ambition to use that knowledge to in someway further some greater project, definate type A personality Geek - someone with a lot of knowledge and no ambition. The knowledge they have normally consists of totally useless trivia and information that may or may not exsist or have ever exsisted in the real universe. They tend to use this info only to further their hobbies. Dork - soemone who has no higher ambition (if they do, they can not seem to acheive it at all) and has no store of knowledge. Dweeb - I'm not really sure about this one. I tend to look at a dweeb as an annoying dork, while a dork just goes about their business in their own little world a dweeb annoys others. Well those are just my definiations of them and going by my thoughts from what I've seen you are all pretty much geeks, maybe a few in the dork catergory (at least I am )of course you can always have crossovers. I have a nerd/geek friend. Well, by those definitions, I AM a Geek.. *waves a small flag that says GEEK*
  14. You have got to be kidding me!!! It is a sad, world I know. My mom has always been a great cook and made a lot of things from scratch, but juice was never one of those. I think moving around so much she was never guranteed to have fresh produce so she just bought juice from the bottle. I try to make a lot of things home made at least once to really get that flavor some has really failed and somethign have come out really well (you should taste my apple pie ), but I'm not really a cook, and reading directions in cook books confuse me. So yeah, i have never seen fresh juice made and have never tried to make it. Maybe I will embark on a new adventure. You are not the only one who has never had, nor made freshly squeezed juice... *looks at all the frozen cans of concentrated OJ and frowns*
  15. I n my opinion (not that it counts for much, being a Canadian and all ) IF Japan had attacked Russia, as Hitler had wanted, then the war would have gone quite differently. the US wasn't really active in WWII UNTIL the bombing of Pearl Harbour, doing that forced the US to become activly involved in the war, which inturn caused them to bomb Japan which lost Hitler one of his strongest Allies. If Japan had invaded Russia though, Russia would have had to fight a war on two fronts, thinning their military. This MIGHT have given the Axis troops the edge they needed to win against them. Once they had Russia, they would have set there sights on England. Now, if they would have gone past that and taken over all of Europe is unlikely, but not impossible.. I'm done..
  16. hehehe, Colonel Sanders... yeah, that was a good Avatar..
  17. Commodore Hamilton Munro stared out of the viewport of his newly commisioned Imperator Stardestroyer Intimidator. The ISD, as some had takien to calling it, was the most powerful ship in the Imperial Navy, it was the most powerful ship in the Universe for that matter. Only a handful had been constructed so far, and The Emperor had deemed him worthy enough to be given command of one. Hamilton had risen quickly through the ranks of the Empire, starting off as a mere Ensign in command of an Acclamator and now, a short ten years later, he was a Commodore in command of THE most powerful vessel known to man. The thought made him smile, something that he did all too rarely now, ever since the Rebels had killed his Father in an Anti-Imperial attack on a factory that supplied arms to the Empire, his father, who was just doing the job that he had been doing for the last 45 years, his Father, who didn't care for Galactic politics, and who had worked double overtime to be able to afford to raise his only son when his wife had died. His thought were interupted by a young Ensign who walked up to him and saluted "Sir, we have just recieved reports that a convoy carrying supplies to an Imperial outpost has been attacked. The Emperor himself commands that you proceed with the rest of the fleet to the location of the attack to find out exactly what happened." Nodding to the Ensign, Hamilton turned to his Comm Officer, "Alert the Coercion, Sceptor and the Ravager that we are to prepare for a jump into Hyperspace to the following co-ordinates." Transfering the co-ordinates to the Comm Officer, Hamilton waited for the Captains of the three Victory Class Stardestroyers to signal that they were ready to jump. Upon recieving their signal, Hamilton gave the order and watched as the stars elongated into lines, indicating that the jump was underway. Smiling tightly to himself, Hamilton thought that today might be the first step towards avenging his Fathers death. That thought was a reason to smile indeed... (( OOC: just doing a bit of background before doing anything else right now. ))
