Hmmm...I suggest we just test it. Someone take a Transport and do a confirmed move to another system. Write down how long it takes. Go to RebEd, change the Mass Alteration and then go back and do the confirmed move to the same system. If there is a change, please let us know! I am unfortunately at work, so I am unable to test this.

Ahhh, yes...I forgot about the sounds. Yes, it would require several downloads, but it would be worth it. BTW mask, I replaced the models last night (finally). They look great! Now we need to figure out how to replace the medium and long distance models so they don't change! hint, hint

It shouldn't be too large a download, since the only items you'll need to get are new cards to replace the old ones, and perhaps new models, and hopefully some new sounds! Actually, doesn't RebEd allow to "Load TC"? That would simplify it even more, as all you would need to do is download one file and load it into RebEd.

I thought Mass Alteration refered to changing a stat in all cards all at once. Like changing all cards' Diplomacy to 100. I've never used it, because I like every card to be unique. That's a theory on my part, as well...I just ignore that button!

Igor: redesigning 3-D models for a game and then uploading them successfully is "hard". Plotting hyperspace vectors is...time consuming. Elvis: I suppose that could be a better solution, and probably much easier for Greg to incorporate.

No...Reloaded is the TC for Reb I which we will use RebEd to accomplish. Reb II is a mod of Greg's game.

Mask...those models look incredible! Fantastic job! What are you substituting the Golan for? Does it matter if you substitute something small (like an Assault Transport) with a large model (like the Golan)? Does it react strangely? Just wondering... BTW, do the lasers come out of the "appropriate" spots or do they "fire" from inside the model or outside the model?

Yes, we talked about the "Kessel Run" in the semi-old forums. That was an excellent idea, as galaxies do contain black holes, quasars, and other anomolies that would hamper travel.

Definitely...I can't imagine playing the game without Palpy being able to train Jedi, or Rebel Bulk Cruisers having more punch, or that stupid Menndo card relaced by Grand Moff Tarkin, or....etc. etc. etc. We are truly spoiled...

Very good point, Big E! Not only stronger, but a Force user. This was my original point, we need to figure out how to have a character who previously is non-Force using to suddenly gain Force strength. Could we do a Kyle Katarn kind of thing here? Hmmmm....

I think mask's excellent tutorial (above) should be placed in the "Sections" area of this site, so this can be easily found. A link to the full tutorial could be put there as well. -
