You didn't happen to delete Textures.MEG did you? That's the only thing that would cause all of them to stop working...or, your xml is calling for the wrong textures... Anyway, if you hex edit the ALO model, do a search for TGA, and check the name of the base texture. If the name there doesn't match the filename of the texture, then change the name of the texture to match it... That's really all I can think of right now...
