If Legacy of War is going to add all the things after the BOY(battle of yavin), why do we need an expansion? A clone wars one would be pointless. Going back even further could be cool(i.e. Sith Wars or Mandalorian Wars)

That is not the case. The Rebels captured the frigate Priam and destroyed the ISD Invincible before the Battle of Yavin. The Battle of Turkana was won by the Rebels also before the Battle of Yavin. The Battle of Endor was won without "Jedi skills". The Rebels can beat the Imps in battle without Jedi, it has happened.

But there isn't. The bombing runs don't hurt your own troops(yet), so by all means, if the enemy is on top of you, bomb yourselves and get your enemies.

Actually, fully uninstall it and then re-install it. If some files are left, it probably won't re-install.

Welcome to the forums Soam! I hope you enjoy your stay. Anywho....make sure you are playing the Rebels not like the Imperials. You have to steal reasources from your enemy, be sneaky. Also, just use Assault Frigates to blow Tartans and Victory SD's to pieces. Correlian Corvettes are(too powerful in my opinion)good, so use them to take out all their fighters and Slave I.

Well.....that was not the random quote of the day. Try to keep it on subject. If there is going to be an expansion pack, Petro should hire the Legacy of War staff to help them, as they are good at what they do and know the Star Wars history to go along with it.

Alright...this is a WWII joke(not ment to offend anyone, just funny...you can use it with any two nationalities and a popular last name from that country) So...there are two German soldiers and five Polish soldiers on opposite sides of a trench or some kind of hideout thing. The Germans were telling each other that they needed a plan to take out the Polish troops. So one of the Germans calls out: "Hey Ski!" A Polish guy pops up and the Germans shoot him. The other German guy calls: "Hey Ski!" Another Polish guy pops up and is shot. They do this two more times until only one Polish guy is left. The last Polish soldier says: "Hey Klien!" hoping that it might work on the Germans. The Germans answered: "Is that you Ski?" and the last Polish guy popped up and was shot.

Please don't be mean to the developers. They are really nice people. Also what you said before about the spoiled selfish brat was not very nice and might be close to a flame, so please think about what you are saying before you say it.

I think you're right. Also, when the Steelers, my third favorite team, played my second favorite team, the Indianapolis Colts, in the 4th quarter there was something like that. Gerome Bettis, one of the best runningbacks in the game, fumbled the ball on the one yard line, and the Colts ran it back for 30 yards. They got past midfield. Then they almost made a touchdown on 3rd down(the guy dropped it in the end zone :'() And then they missed the field goal by a mile. :'( Anywho.....like I said before, the Imps would have an unfair advantage with the experience.

It was definately the Tennesse Titans versus the Rams!!! My team won! Yey Rams! Btw, it was Mike Jones of the St. Louis Rams that made the game winning tackle. Anywho....since it seems to me that the average Imperial units last longer, it would be unfair for the Rebels for the game to have unit experience.

"Cheating".....every single RTS that I have played has its AI(at least on hard)"cheating". They have more money, or they build faster, or they increase tech level faster, or something like that. My theory, stop complaining. Just beat them! It increases the effect you have on the game when your enemy has more than you have.

I always had the problem that I had to leave before I could end the game in BFME, and then I would get a loss. But I would never ever quit if I had the time to play it. Even if I was losing, I would fight to the death, sometimes I could even win that way. I think that quitters are dumb and should not play. I also think that some people have to leave, but are not quitting because they are losing. I have been assaulting someone's base, and then I had to leave, so I lost. I didn't like that. Just write down the names of people that quit when they were losing and don't play them again. It's really that simple.

Instead of having unit experience, at least you can have improved armor, weapons, and shields. At least that's something to customize your ships. Also, as PG has said, they die so fast, that it isn't worth it. Heroes are the real "experienced" units in this game. The commanders also add something to your army's ability to fight.

I really enjoyed the music selection for Battlefront 2, but I wish they would've had a mode where you could select which song you want to listen to. Music can make a difference in your performance. I wished that EAW had music from Episodes I, II, III, IV, V, and VI(I know my Roman numerals. Yey!). I loved the soundtracks to the new trilogy and wished that EAW had more of a selection from that.(from what I've heard)

First off....this is very well done. I have some advice on some specific parts though: Change this to something else like: "So, this was war. The infamous Alpha squad has arrived. A pleasure." Right here you might want to mention something about that he doesn't don(wear) the normal white armor of the clones. He has a jet black suit of armor for stealth purposes and as a namesake. How can it be pelted out of the blue when it is in the middle of Geonosis? How about changing it to: "It truned away and began heading back to the main battle, where lasers and missiles were everywhere. He watched it get clear of the main fire, but then was hit by missiles from a Hailfire droid that was on the outskirts of the Seperatist army." Just put Jango's words in quotations: .....Jango, his mentor, had said: "Put your fear behind you where it belongs. Then blast everything in front of you into splinters. You'll do fine." Add something to the fact of Snipe's reaction to being shot. Overall, very good. There are also some repetition of words, like he shot he shot, right next to each other, but it is very well done. Good job. Also, I care about this board. I will post on peoples' stories. I am trying to do lengthy evaluations with specific examples of what I found needed correction and trying to help them. Note that I am not trying to insult anyone, I am just trying to help. It may look like I put a lot to fix, but it was just really a couple of minor changes.
