Lets say, by some horrible luck, you end up with all of your planets under blockade. Meaning the enemy has taken control of all of your space maps but not your ground maps. You can't build a space station while the enemy is there, and therefore you can't build ships, and if you don't have ships already that you can try to break the blockade with, are you just hosed? Why would anyone need to capture a planet if they can rush blockade their enemy first? Imagine a rush tactic that involved sending a bunch of the cheapest space unit (Z-95 for Rebel and Tie Scouts for Imp) to any enemy planet in hopes of getting there before they can build a space station. I currently have a demo game going with Cain's 6.0 mod playing the Rebels and the Empire has only 5 planets and I have all of them but one blockaded with a single Y-Wing. I have left the game going when I went to work and at lunch the Empire hadn't done anything. So what happens in a MP Galactic Mode game? Can someone just be an (censored) whole and leave you like that until you have to quit? Speaking of this, is there a surrender option for when the galaxy is for sure lost? What are your thoughts people?
