  1. I found talus, but I cant find Taris, Manaan and Mustafar.
  2. Can you guys tell me if you see manaan or taris any where on that map?, I cant find them.
  3. Well, we already have that option, for what else do you think the Death Star was created for.lol I think the Death Star is a waste of time and resources that could be much better spent on more ships and troops. But thats just me I agree with you a 100%, atleast thats how im planing to play the game. If I have some resources to spare, I will build a Death Star to orbit Coruscant as a front in case of an invasion. That's the way I use to play SW Rebellion and it work like a charm.
  4. Well, we already have that option, for what else do you think the Death Star was created for.lol
  5. I think there is diplomacy in the game. How else you are going to take control of a planet that is neutral.
  6. Hi everyone, im Albert and im 25 years old. I work as a corporate lawyer in Orlando, Florida. I this type of Star Wars game, because allow me to play as the Empire. Currently I play Star Wars Galaxies on the kettemoor server as an imperial under the name of Aleksander Tyberius.
  7. I totaly agree.
  8. They should fire their PR guy too, except he does a wonderfully well job of lying to people. Rofl
  9. I think that #1 here is too open ended to warrant using one of our 5 questions on, but #3 may be an excellent question to replace my #5. Maybe it could read: "If the empire loses the Death Star in the galactic 1v1 multiplayer is it possible for the empire player to build another one? If so, will the time to build it be the same as the first time?" What you think? Cool with me. Althought I still think that #1 is a cool one too, but its up to you guys. With the recent news I think we should ask if the game can be moded at all or not.
  10. Then how does the news that the game may end up being unmoddable or very difficult to mod affect your decision? *Holds mike up to Zer Teron* If you ask me, im veru disapointed after hearing the news.
  11. So far I like what I see
  12. These are some I thought: 1) Are there going to be more heros than the ones we already know? 2) After a hero is dead, can they clone back to life like the emperor did on the novels? 3) Is there going to be a time period to build another Death Star after a first one has been detroyed? 4) Can Heroes do special missions?, like Boba Fett hunting Han Solo or Han and Chewie stealing imperial technology? 5) On Star Wars Rebellion we saw jedi and sith heroes training other non jedi heroes to use the force, are we going to see this on empire at war?
  13. Come on guys, its been 4,000 years since Malak bombarded Taris, thats more than enough time to rebuild the city.
  14. Hmm, interesting question.
  15. Not bad, we should be able to build a Death Star when we have alot of power and influence in the planets we have under our control.
  16. I still think that the hero question is important.
  17. I agree with Dorkthehunter, Thrawn WAS in the Unknown Regions. If you don't think so, reread the EU books. The empire has enough heros anyway. Remember, the rebels have to take over a planetto gain a hero. (or I believe. remember reading it somewhere) So what if Thrawn was on the unknown regions, that doesn't mean that he can't be on the game. Look at Ackbar for example, he was Grand Moff Tarkin slave at this time period and yet the devs put it on the game, so there is no excuse.
  18. I still think the hero question is not a waste.
  19. I have this one: Are we going to see more heroes than the ones we know already?
  20. All the imperial high command knew about him, the only ones didnt knew were the rebels. He has all the right to be on this game. Nevertheless, the important thing here is that Palpatine created the Circle of the Grand Admirals two years before the battle of Yavin and not even one of them are on this game. Check this web site for referance of all the Grand Admirals in the Star Wars universe. They have the biography of all of them and why they were so important to the empire. They use the movies and novels for reference. http://www.jsarek.freeservers.com/admirals.htm
  21. Message from Popcorn2008: Please don't forget to avoid double posting, please check your Private Messages Darth Tyrant I have mailed you an explaination of what double posting is. By this timeline Thrawn was not a Captain, he was a Vice Admiral. You sure? SWG had him as captain thrawn post ANH and this was when the actually cared about continuity. 100% sure, dont trust SOE, they have proven they dont know anything about continuity, but yes, Thrawn was a vice admiral by this time, because Zaarin betray the emperor and Palpatine send Thrawn to kill him. After Thrawn killing Zaarin, Palpatine reward him, making him the #13 Grand Admiral. Sounds cool, but they wont allow that, because if a few imperial heroes defect to the rebellion, they will have to allow rebel heroes to defect to the empire.

  23. Message from Popcorn2008: Avoid triple posting by using the edit button (located in top right corner) to add information. Thank You! Sorry, when I posted on the screenshot forums I thought I was on general discussion. The Empire have enough heores to make it even, so I dont see the harm on making an even number of heroes on both sides. Here is a list of imperial heroes that are not on the list: 1) Captain Needa 2) Admiral Ozzel 3) Admiral Daala 4) Moff Jerjerod 5) Baron Soontir Fel 6) The Circle of the 12 Grand Admirals: a) Grand Admiral Batch b) Grand Admiral Declann c) Grand Admiral Grant d) Grand Admiral Grunger e) Grand Admiral II-Raz f) Grand Admiral Makati g) Grand Admiral Pitta h) Grand Admiral Syn i) Grand Admiral Takel j) Grand Admiral Teshik k) Grand Admiral Tigellinus l) Grand Admiral Zaarin Ps: During New Year Fete Week two years before the Battle of Yavin, Emperor Palpatine created the rank of Grand Admiral and promoted twelve of his top servants to the position. Reporting directly to Palpatine himself, they were to be the zenith of the Imperial Navy rank structure, and there could be no more than twelve of them at any one time. However, one of them (Zaarin) committed treason, and in his place the infamous Thrawn finally gained official recognition as Grand Admiral, the thirteenth to hold the rank. Later, long after the death of Palpatine, Admiral Gilad Pellaeon's position as leader of the Imperial Remnant military was recognized with a promotion to this rank, thus becoming the last Grand Admiral. There are more, but those are more familiar to people that have read the novels
