Hopefully it'll be like C&C Generals where you pick the area for it to attack in, or the unit. I hope were not confined to bombed generators and only generators. It would be cool to see a bombing run and then they hit some troops and you just see klittle stormtroopers flying everywhere. I liked that part of C&C Generals if you hit a unit with enough power from the sky youd see the unit fly up and land lik 20 feet away from where it was hit.

Someone correct me if im wrong but i thought we didnt have control of the camera at all, at least for the space battles other than cinematic or regular. But maybe im wrong, if so someone correct me.

I dont think it'll be a diffucult task if there are only a few characters. But if its like SWR then they've got some work ahead of them! But i dont think it'll have 60 characters more like 10.

Yes they're modders and thats the mod their working on. They are the same guys who gave us the star wars mod for C&C: Generals Zero Hour (even though the darn AI doesnt work. )

Thats what i hated about some of my RTS games, mainly the older ones. You would send a unit somewhere and hed walk right into the middle of an enemy camp or regiment or sxomething and he would just keep moving to the target area and get shot over and over. I also hated when you told the unit to attack a unit but the unit it was attacking was moving so it would go to where you told it to attack the unit and stand there instead of following the unit and gunning it down. A bit confusing i know But hopefully some of the devs have given some thought to this.

While this interview (if thats what it is considered) was cryptic im looking forward to the upcoming ones very much and this one also gives us some things to argue about.

Where did you read travel was only restricted to trade routes? I dont remember reading that at all

I wanted to get one i liked the fact you could get movies and games and play mp3's but never did, didnt get an mp3 player either and really wish i did, ive got alot of music. Yeah me and my friend would put in 8 bots 4 on his team and 4 on mine. Did you know you could order them around that was always fun and we didnt care about the score so if a bot came running up with a better gun than what i had id just kill him Me and my friend really didnt do well on a team, one of us would get angry and kill the other one who would in turn kill the person who killed hima nd it would just go on and on and on...

Yeah all the guns in that game that arent made up have funny names, i hated the klobbs, more of an Pistol man, more opf a challenge. I think in real life the klobb is called the "Scorpion" Its got some other letters and numbers too just cant remember. Loved that game!

Yeah looks good, do you know flash? Modelling and Texturing? I was just wondering. Also what is the gun that soldier is holding? It looks like the G36C With some sort of other gun on top of it. Anyways good luck with the mod.

Thanks Fosh i thought that was off, i guess the damn books wrong, oh well, more reason for me to be the Empire. Hopefully i'll get SWR within the next few days.
