@Itsfunycsitstru These are all which are confirmed: http://www.empireatwar.pexgames.com/games/empireatwar/units/empire/index.html.en http://www.empireatwar.pexgames.com/games/empireatwar/units/rebel/index.html.en
Yes the Accuser is a hero ship in the game. As much as I could find out the Accuser was one of the five Stardestroyers which were part of Vaders death-squadron (or how it is called) which appeared during Episode V (not in the movies, just in EU books)
I dont know how it will be handeled in the Campaign because there you will (as I hope) decide which units to transport which which transport. In skimrish battles every unit is always brought by the same transport. When they land and touch the ground the units "pop up" under the transport and then it lifts up again. I dont know if this is the final state of the animation. I would like to see walker walk out of transport but in the alpha they did not. I hope they change this for the release version.
I think it would have been a tough fight. At this point Mara was no Sith/Jedi but still a Force Adept and "knew a few tricks". (The Emperor never wanted to tell her more because there is only one master, one disciple. I heared somewhere that he was afraid of how powerfull she might become but I think thats just a rumor) Of course Luke was at this point stronger in the Force but Mara the most deadly assasin in the galaxy so he would surely have had problems... if Mara had missed the first shot/stab
Mh. I'm not sure that it is Veers. In the playable Hoth map Veers was only in an AT-AT (stronger than normal ones). Of course it is possible that he is a single character in other maps but I dont think so.
Mh dont think so because then it would not change in skirmish space battles because there is no real "controlling" of space. Even if this would be a very useless bar because every player should be able to see with a short glance at the mini map how much of the map is controlled by him.
In the alpha there was a bar (on top of the mini-map) which changed during play (he ione with red and blue parts). We (me and Junker) thought it might be a sign for a pop-cap but could not find a proof for this. If it was one it did not work properly or simply allowed a huge amount of units.
mh. I do not remember exactly but I give it a try: Increasing Income (the amount of ressources you gain per second) Increased Weapons (not sure which) Again better Weapons (not sure which) Better Armor (I think one for all) In the end all RTS games remind me of Dune 2
No, I have to disappoint you. Its not the confirmation for Luke The used Image is just the confirmation for the Red Squadron in which Luke is in (but also Wedge and all the others). There is no proof that he will be a playable "ground unit" but in space he is only one of the squad. (You can see their different names when you move the cursor over the different X-Wings) But I think it is very likely that he will be one of the heroes.
These data is simply wrong. In fact in the alpha most of this data was (displayed) wrong. A good example is this screenshot. There you can see that a Mon Cal costs less than a squad of A-Wings. Its just the same with the units combat points.
- Units had to be set using the "Reinforcements Button". I dont like this very much. Especially in ground battles I have factories so why aren't they build in those? Hopefully they are and this is only for the alpha shown at the GC. Lets hope so
Dunno. Another feature which did not work in the Alpha But I think it will be a feature you will have to start manualy. Perhaps even with a set percentage of failure.
