I think its clear that a ingle TIE wont have a chance vs a single X-Wing or A-Wing but this will be balanced by the cost of the spacecrafts. (Weaker means cheaper and vice versa)

I can only tell which PC can handle EaW at full settings because these machines were used at the Games Convention but I think nearly noone of us has such a machine. (They were good but not the best components you can get on the market)

Mh, just executed? I mean Vader executed people just for... being, or because he did not have anything better to do. I'm mean he would not have him executed. Perhaps shredded into little pieces or cooked in lava. I don't know but for such a "mistake" Vader would surely be more ... imaginative.

Ehm, these pics are neither from my page nore are they (directly) from sw-fr.com. These images (except the last one) have been taken from Junker from sw-eaw.de (I stand next to him when he made them so I know for sure ). I terms of copyrights I would ask him or thank him,... whatever. In fact I don't think he has anything against it but as a friendly kind of people (as we all are. At least I hope so so ) it would surely be very kind to ask for his agreement. And to the screen from my page: I never put up those sceens, sorry. I somehow forgot it because right know I'm stuck in the redesign of my page which takes a lot of planing because the hole structure behind the web page has to be changed. But I try to catch it up. (A general add: I notice that many pages dedicated to EaW take news from other pages and copy them to a high degree without giving a source where this news is originaly from. You know I don't mind as long as these news are not exclusive (and those a very, rarely seen right now) but I don't know how other webmasters think about it. So I simply advise everybody to post with caution . I know from my years as webmaster that such things can couse a lot of trouble. Just to make clear: I don't want to address a specific website with this. I just want to give you a tipp how to avoid trouble. This tipp was for at no charge and you are now free to use it for whatever you want.)

The quesion is: I this chat just running via an own Chat script or is it an actual IRC Channel? Because this would make logging it very easy. I'll try to be there and log as much as possible

Just imagine a flight-sim like X-Wing vs TIE-Fighter (please do never thinking about putting Ep 1-3 crap in it. I want the classics!) with up-to date graphics, a scenario editor and multiplayer mode. Damn this would be the game I will never stop playing. Ok, if all comes right EaW will also be one of these games but this would be the game have have been dreaming on for years now! Please LA give us a SW flight-sim!

Mh, I think someone would have to clear up how SW shields actually work because I do think a single "kamikaze" starfighter could surely crush into an ISD bridge. You have to emagine the energy which is set free at the impact by the heavy hull and the speed (faster then anything we do have right now) of the starfighter. I'm sure thats way more than any laser canon or rocket can do in a single blow. So which shields not at a 100% this could surely be enough to give a capital ship the final blow. (But in the end a very expensive way of taking down ships. Especially for rebels who have a limited amount of troops) Remeber the "faked" Nebulon Frigates in the books (forgot which one. One of the Dathomir books I think) which simply look like a s uch frigate but are build for raming enemy ships. I think SW shields are good at dealing with lasers but have problems with raming runs.

Even if Padme was discovered she would not have been trained by the Jedi because she was too young in first place. (Ok, still a teenager but thats to old to start Jedi training) and she is a politican and lets say Jedis dont like politics or they try to keep out of it. They are those who take care that laws are obeyed and enforce people to do (if they must) but they do not put up laws. Lets say they have a natural distrust in politicans

The oly char I'm playing regular right now is a Hunter (level 44 now). Much fun to go out hunting with your pet. Druid would be my next choise I think

I have the "new old ones" on VHS and I think my dad has Episode 1 on DVD. I planing to buy all six of them as soon as Episode 1-3 comes out in a DVD bundle. (December is the date I think)

God I love this movie. I saw it at a friend of mine and the next day I went over to the next store and bought the special edition DVD. I don't know what I exactly do like so much about the movie but I think it's because you never really understand the stoy. As soon as you think you understood it someone else comes up with another theory which could also fit. But in the end you really have to read the book (the one from the movie) which is on the special edition DVD. Makes many things much more clearer but I would not say that I do understand the movie to 100%

It was cancelled but was reopened again. But no new news appeared since then.
