  1. The prequels were way better than all that clone wars BS, though...
  2. Not a viable solution. The reason I want to "reserve" planets is not to build more on them, but to *not* build anything else upon-it in order to prevent natural catastrophy...
  3. Yes. Vin Badir has done one: you may request him on this thread: viewtopic.php?p=543033#p543033
  4. I would prefer to be able to "reserve" planets, that is prevent the droids to build further on a planet that we have other plan for...
  5. I second that. As is Mr. Lavo
  6. IIRC, they don't share the same name and I've had models with 3 .x's. What you say might be right, but I don't think these peoples would have tried to "botch" this...
  7. It was my understanding that a .rmd was some kind of "zip" file containing 3 .x's. That's what you get when you import a .rmd with the utility, at any rate. Also, to my knowledge, there are no distinct texture files from the .x's. And lastly, the reason I don't think the isd file will work is that you'd need 3 .x's to get the same view from all zoom state, I believe... But try-it for yourself
  8. I think I have these models. Not sure about the ISD: it is a .x, instead of a .rmd. I guess you'll see for yourself if it works... http://www3.zippyshare.com/v/60077757/file.html http://www3.zippyshare.com/v/36595047/file.html
  9. Yeah, I did not want you make you feel like you don't do enough. I was just curious why there wasn't any post since February... Good luck with work
  10. Well, there is a VSD and ISD in the model section. As far as I know, they are good models considering it is an old game and I'd rather look at models with a few clipping issue than the old polygonal ships, so why don't you give these models a spin: http://www.swrebellion.com/downloads/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=2 ? And if you'd rather have something a bit more polished, maybe you'd like to try my Rebellion 1.5 mod? viewtopic.php?f=3&t=28010
  11. How about this project with lucasarts done with?
  12. Yo do realize the topic is at least 6 years old, don't you?
  13. I very much doubt it works with Win8...
  14. Is Warb_Null still working on this mod??
  15. Master_Xan you must listen, tragg.
  16. I have no clue how this could be. Maybe your CD was damaged and your install corrupt. Have you *keuf* tested a "backup" version that might be available on the net *keuf*? See if a clean install of that one did the same?
  17. Dig out your old copy of windows 98, 2000 or XP and install VM Oracle, you will then have a virtual machine upon which you'll be able to make everything work, free of charge.
  18. On XP? No compatibility mode should be required. Sounds to me like your CD is damaged. Maybe you could try one of the 2 Rebellion mods out there on this forum that just happens to work without any CD...
  19. Try this: http://www.hostfile.nl/files/sovcerqb0t/1663/new_fighters_tutorial.zip I could not send-it to you because of .exe file and .chm...
  20. No, not golden, as you will then HAVE to play under windowed mode. Not quite good, since rebellion is already SO low-resolution. This hack is very bad, in this regards.
  21. Get a virtual computer running (like vmoracle) and install rebellion upon-it. W8 is screwed.
  22. I believe it would work. It used to work fine under vista for me. I didn't test vista 64 bit, but, 7 64 bit worked. So yup, try 'em.
  23. If you want details about Rebellion 1.5 mod, take a look at this topic: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=28010 Should tell you just about everything (including why you may rather want to play with this instead of reg rebellion, but that's in my opinion...).
  24. And if you do download-it, be sure to try it in W7 and if you want, try the mod. You may like-it
