I second that! That sounds really concerning, SOCL! There were two times in my life up till now where I´ve managed not to get addicted by alcohol. And I really hope that I won´t get any close to like I was before. There was a point where I clearly felt that there was a danger to get addicted, so I´ve had the chance to stop. It was easy at that point. A couple of days or weeks later it maybe wouldn´t have been like that.

Though still haven´t read any of those EU-Novells, I recall the OT and can´t remember any scene where an X- or A- or whatever-Wing could have stand any shot of a Tie´s canon. The story about the shields only appeared in those classic games, which should come alive again.

Just want to add that according to the former SW Producer, Gary Kurtz ( Star Wars, The Empire Strikes back), after "Indiana Jones - Raiders of the Lost Ark" GL had a change of mind in doing movies. He thinks that people don´t want to see movies with a good written story or well created characters. His opinion seems to be that people just want to see the rollercoaster ride. And when you think back of all SW Movies after TESB, that´s what we all got from there on (Speederbikerace, Deathstar Attack, Podrace, spectacular Lightsaberfigths). You can read the full interview here. But take your time, it´s very long, but also very interesting.

Romanian is like Latin? Interesting! Is there also an austrian slang which is spoken in hungary? I´m thinking of the old austrian-hungarian monarchy. Maybe at the boarders? Like the people from Alsace, Lothringen and Flandern, which are in France and Belgium at the boarder to Germany and where still another german slang is spoken. At least by the older people.

Indeed it´s a pic of Tex without his Sith-Robe and with no make-up.

Hostel was a sickening movie. It was one of those "horror" movies that was more gory than scary. Allthough I´ve got nothing against any kind of gore, a good horror-movie has to be scary. Those which try to fill the lack of story with goryness rather suck to me. The best horror movies have less or rather no gore in it. For example that old black and white 60s movie about that haunted house, can´t remember its name. That´s still a very cool movie.

After watching the recording of "Day of the Dead" it appears that they´ve broadcasted the fully cut 16-version. You even don´t see anyone beeing shot.
