  1. Ah. See, i go for grandeur- I currently have two expedition fleets. one constists of an Imp Star Deuce stocked full of Defenders with three Star Galleons, while the other is basically a crap load of capital ships. I have an admiral for each as well as a force trained character to sabatoge stuff in each fleet, along with a good diplomat. I wish you could make diplomats...
  2. It's handy to just abandon Sesswenna for a while early in the game- you will get your head handed to you if you try to take for to long (I speak from experiance). I was doing either medium or hard, forget which and tried to take the sector. I primarily sabatoged where I could and/or incited uprisings, but no to much avail. Also, I'd abandon Yavin, unless it has a lot of mines/refinerys/build points/construction yards, etc. The Empire will whipe you out if you try to hold it.
  3. No, I mean without waiting fifty-thousand days to find them. I'm trying an idea with using a couple of fleets as opposed to one massive one to explore the galaxy, but still, it'll take a while. I'm looking for a quicker method.
  4. Oh- wait, nevermind, I do have fifty. My bad. And if you desperately want the address its chris.chrispete@gmail.com I didn't feel creative when I made it up
  5. Come to think of it, how do you guys find Rebel HQs? I usually wind up finding them in the last system i check, except for one time when I ran into them on Yavin when they had three Mon Cals and two heavy dreadnauts, or something, against my two Imp Stars and two Victory one Star Destroyers. After that it took forever to find them again (They kinda whiped out the fleet)
  6. Well, really, how would the force make a sperm? It just plane can't. Which brings us back to the theory of his mother being a hermaphradite...
  7. Dude, i usually start with the Rebellion- they're much easier, trust me. Also, if you want extra help, make it a large galaxy. The game takes longer to play, but makes it much easier for you to hide if need be. If you start as the Empire, Coruscant will be battled for for a while before you finally gain the upper hand. On the other hand, i would recomend that, reguardless of who you start out as, you get a medium cruiser/decent diplomat and head out to the unknown regions. You can start converting/occupying planets and get a good shipyard/troop training center/building facilities planet in the outer rim where no one will notice you. My advice is always to take characters that can recruit on recruiting missions, with the accpetion of those you need. Palpy is excellent for these missions, as he can do them on Corruscant without losing his helpful ability of power. Once you get characters, you usually want to R&D like mad with them to gain an upper hand. Also, if you cna manage it, garrison all of your planets, or give them two planetary shields to prevent them from being tacken- the Rebellion likes to bring Wookies into play if you're the Empire in Sesswena. All the advice I can give/remember.
  8. Dude, this is cool looking. I have Gmail, so if anyone needs an account, just give me an address and i'll send you an invite (I only get six at a time, though)
  9. Saith Rayse Rayse is a native of Alderran who joined the Empire as a mechanic, assisting in creating new TIE fighter Designs. Through superior leadership and motivation, he helped his people to discover many sabatoged items, making him an invaluable operative in leading a garrison. After the Death Star Destroyed his home planet, Rayse left to join the Rebellion, assisting in the maintenance of fighters and buildings, learning much about fighter combat in the process. Leadership: 120 variance 40 Combat: 70 variance 10 Espionage: 50 variance 20 Force Rank: none Ship design: Yes Facility design: Yes Troop Training: No Detection rating: something rather high (I'm not sure if you can adjust it) Admiral: No General: Yes Commander: No This good? The name is of my sister's design (I just like using it) Other random names you might like are Kormiic, Torv, and Silve. If any of those fit your fancy
  10. Your forgetting about the landing ships. Aren't those basically fairly short, boxy, lumps of Yorik Coral? Then there are the Worldships to consider... Wish I could help on these, but I'm too lazy...
  11. Oh. okee day, then. Does that mean that we can't create someone based on the expanded universe, like, say, a Vratix for the New Republic, or something like that?
  12. Hah! So therefor in my defeat I have have a victory over the victor! There fore by losing I win! Douglas Adams would be proud... Or else pissed that I could possibly think this measures up to him... And this is nowhere near on topic. Someone'll probably lock it soon if it doesn't get back on topic. So i'll raise some more force stuff: how in the world would you get someone pregnant with the force? It was discussed that palpy might have, but really, since women have no means to, ahem, fertalise themselves...
  13. Action man was more than just an action figure? I always assumed that was all he ever was. You know, like GI Joe and Barbie. Not that I play with barbies or ever have, of course
  14. Did you instal it to the same extent as you did before as well? As in minimal, recomended, or full. That could make a differance. Also if you have other stuff in the same file, or the files for the game scattered that can slow it down. Though I agree, an upgrade to G force is in oroder.
  15. Aside from the vic they all look pretty awesome. Good find.
  16. Oh, dude, totally. Who needs flesh-eating demons when you have naked women? Come to think of it, I think there's a fully animated girls gone wild edition... (There isn't, it was a joke)
  17. Baron Soonter Fel Fel is a TIE fighter pilot ace as well as an experianced fighter on the ground. Born on Corellia, he shares many traits with Han Solo and Wedge Antilles who is Fel's brother-in-law through his marriage to the New Republic Fighter ace's sister. Diplomacy: 30 Variance 2 Espionage: 76 Variance 15 Combat: 80 Variance: 20 Leadership: 95 variance 10 Admiral: Yes General: Yes Commander: Hell Yes! Facility design: No Troop Training: No Ship Design: (I'll leave that one up to the reloaded team,s eeing as Wedge never actually manufactured any ships... )
  18. Gotta agree with you there, Rob- then there were the action figures that were made. Did anyone else not understand why they had eight different suits of armor on different action figures that never appeared on the actual show?
  19. Okay, so now I officially understand cricket! Yeah! As for me, I'd have to vote basketball as most fun to play, with soccer as least fun to play, especially if you're on defense (I played it for eight years while I was little- either I was really good at defense, or coach wanted me as far away from the ball as possible by being full-back every game... ) But as for spectator sports- football all the way- hense marching band, meaning free tickets and transport to every game plus the occassional opportunity to make it onto local television- like with our first game! That was fun
  20. Okay, fine, I concede the point. You win. Happy now?
  21. Ah, a good suggestion. I would suggest Final Fantacy: Spirit Within- pretty awesome cutting-edge CG movie. Everyone in it looks real but isn't- first time I saw it I was wondering about which one it was. I think the movie took, like three years to make because they did such a good job on it. The movie is kinda corny since it relies on its CG, but is still pretty good, even if the plot is kinda lame.
  22. In essence it's almost like like Baseball but with the addition of elephant tranquilizers, and a couple of days. The currant ashes series between England and Australia has been going on now for a week or two, and is widely acclaimed as the most exciting in living memory. I'm wondering why. Umm, elephant tranquilizers?
  23. I would direct your attention to Dark Tide I: Onslaught. In it, Valin uses the force to cause several creatures to tip a small rock, and also to bite the living crap out of Ganner before he becomes cool.
  24. lol, where did you find that? It was great!
  25. So... in Cricket you have a very hard ball that is bowled towards you on the ground which you hit with a bat that looks kind of like an oar, and then people in the outfield wait trying to catch it even though its bowled on the ground? Got it
