No I think its a good thing in the game its feeling like episode 1 where the Jedis fight each other while meeting. And a padawan is mostly woundet or KILLED by a Jedi Master.I had a minor Jedi as trainee with combat about 180 and he was ALWAYS (I saved and tryed it often) killed by the emperor

On Naboo, when he hardly had any power, Palpy was intent on killing every Gungan on the planet. A planet with little or no strategic value really. I beliefe that if the message: "I detected ..... with a disturbance of the force" they fought each other and one loose because often one become wounded and his mission is always foiled. I tested it out: I crushed the empire to just one planet remaining where emperor and Vader were. I made missions there: 1. a none jedi char with one decoy 2. a force char with a decoy 1. the none force char made every mission successful. 2. the force char said the upon named sentence and failed always. Summon: If a force char is still on a planet he foils every mission of enemy force users. And I found out, that a minor jedi who encounters an other Jedi gets an increase of 2 points in force stats[/b]

I think the same because I captured one time the emperor from a recruitment mission wherever although I gave the abduction order while emperor was idle on planet (between missions)

I found something confusing what sometimes happen to me: I have a capable fleet in orbit over a planet. I see, through espionage or somthing else, that an Imperial fleet is incomming. So I saved the game 1 day before they arived. I lost the battle 3 times and at the 4th time the imperials make a withdraw through hyperspace at the beginning of the battle. (the imp fleet turns around and jump after some secounds into Hyp)

Sure the Rebel Alliance become strong but never as strong as the Empire

I think if the Emperor and Vader still alive the Empire would be never defeated because they arranged the resistance vs Rebels from Coruscant. The loss of the 2nd Deathstar at Endor is unimportant. The Stardestroyer fleet is still intact.

I always do my researchers making their missions alone Somtimes I had 3 ship researchers, 2 facility and 2 troop training researchers on coruscant and perhaps a recruitment or espionage with the emperor there are 8 missions on coruscant
