It has been proven that the SSD is 17.6km long by comparing film rels, etc (to be fair i dont care what the 0. of the km is). ello, please shutup, and read my post more carefuly, i am firm believer in the SSD being 17.6km, am i am saying that site you quoted for the the republic ships isnt that great a source when it is saying that executers come in 2 sizes. (You will find that the offical length was change to 12. something because 8 wasnt long enough when to compared to ISD's anyways) Using common sense on the relation between a VSD, ISD and VenSD and what we know. Zanes above points are made invalid because his source has the wrong length for the SSD. This leaves a question, what else is wrong? The VenSD and ISD are nothing alike and infact from what is seen in the films use different weapons. I see nothing in common other than a slight wedge and SD in name. Also being made by the same company dosnt mean direct sucession?

yeah i was wrong about the venerator class however the SSD is clearly 17.6km long not. Anyways who says the VSD predates the the Venerator (or whatever its called). A fan site? a fan site that says the SSD is 12km long perhaps? Just by looking at the VSD and ISD you can see they are much more related than the other ships.

fighters are cool, best we been able to do is about 300 squadrons between a few of us (and man Tie/ln are amazing when used in lareg enough numbers

well this is the best way to think about it. its like room total war. the java side is the turn based map of total war. HW2 with warlords is the rts side, we have a map generator so you dont build stuff like in hw2, you only have whats on the map. (i guess in a away its a slower version of rebellion but with more depth. Basicly we arnt starting until the next version of warlords is out ( eville) and as well all know thats nearly done. All we have to do is update the app slightly and we can go. We could start now but as eville informed me of performace improvements we have decided to wait abit longer (after all not everones computer can handel the larger battles with millions of fighters). anyways hope to see you on the boards, best of luck and you if you need help just ask someone on the boards.

man, i really cant wait for the release, sounds like its gona be alot better than the last and we should be able to player bigger fighter based battles (which always look the best hehe)

well to its dosnt prove that cos the ISD didnt come from that directly and its fan made (and i dont really trust fan made stuff). There is anouther Star Destroyer right at the end of the film which is clearly what the Imperator comes from. Interesting read that site, i had forgotten about half the Executer class destroyers about. Also to be fair i will never take a site seriously if it even mentioned a SSD being 8km long (and any form)

just how offical is that site anyways? Yes you can clearly see the ISD came from them ships but you can see it came from the VSD which you can see came from the Vendator. I mean it even has the same abilty to land.

not to nit pick but KDY didnt make the Victory SD, rendili star drives did. I didnt know the ISD was a clone wars era ship (or meant to be) and i dont remember seeing it in the film(ep3) I remember seeing ships that it prolly evolved from and the ships Tie Fighters evolved from.

well, its coming very very close to a time when we are ready to launch the game, at fecking last. All we need is a few more players. sorry to double post but it was to break them up up abit and to make them alot easier to read Darth Silagui, Sith Apprentice Saris Spitar, born on the planet of Correllia into a rich aristocratic family, life from the day of her birth seemed to fit together perfectly, working like a well-oiled machine. Her parents had mapped out all her life; she would go to the finest institutes to prepare her life for a career leading one of the fine aristocratic family businesses. However as with all fine plans, something always goes wrong, indeed, Saris discovered that she was meant for so much more. She was still teenager when it happened, it wasn’t the most dramatic or heroic entrance into the world of the force users, simple, perhaps slightly odd but none the less this is how it happened. She awoke one morning after a late out with friends, tired and sleepy she simply reached for a glass of drink resting on the table near her bunk. It flew towards her but however it bounced off her had and resulted in her being covered in water. After trying several times with a small amount of success she decided this was the escape from the tedious life her family had planned for her. She was quick to enlist in the Jedi academy. As with most things she had tried she excelled in her class’s, the only class she wasn’t top off was the Lightsaber combat, the strangest thing was that the one person who seemed to excel in this was young Jedi named Davin, the strangest thing was that she surpassed him in every other aspect of being Jedi and no matter how hard she tried she could never beat him. Something about him intrigued her, he wasn’t the usual Jedi recruit, he only really seemed to grasp the art of Lightsaber combat with little effort, and everything else seemed to be a struggle. She took it upon herself to help him with his training. Over time the to grew close, and friendship turned into love, perhaps it was because of just how different they were that they grew so close, what ever the reasons, it happened. 10 years had passed since her induction into the academy, she was now a Jedi Knight of Luke’s new order, she has seen her fair share of trials and missions and life was good for her. Life however would not remain so tranquil, her lover disappeared in the unknown region while on a mission, some believed he had been killed, some believed he had turned to the Dark side. Rumor and speculation were all that came back from mission. Not willing to believe he had died on that ill-fated mission she began to search across the galaxy for Davin. If it wasn’t for the force it would have been consider fate that were reunited a few years later, but there is no chance with the force. Saris and a fellow Jedi had been sent to Coruscant discover the source of some break in on the local Jedi museum, the local guards had no luck in stop a unknown intruder from breaking in a few weeks before, several had been badly injured trying to stop him. When the alarm went Saris and her comrade were quick to respond. As soon as she arrived Davin sensed her straight away, her called to her “Saris, is that you, it has been such a long time since I have been able to gaze upon you, to longâ€
