  1. Aren't there any useable game-makers anymore? Rebellion is basicly a card-game, maybe it can be reconstructed in such a software with adding some 3d design.
  2. Amen, mate! This whole stuff grows to be something Team Gizka's Restoration Project is for KOTOR II! If this Kurukaze modding goes further, and perhaps Reloaded could be finished in few months.. the Anniversary of the game that we have next year will be very, umm .. WOO YAY!
  3. Yupp Jahled, we are that old btw EVERYONE should check the serires "I, Videogame" it's stunning superb stuff on Discovery Channel. You older mates should check the first episode especially (online on youtube), that freakin interesting. It's not just about video game evolution, rather about social aspects, culture and people. http://www.discoverychannel.co.uk/ivideogame/html/index.shtml "I, VIDEOGAME tells the story of the people, the ideologies and the technology behind video games and how they have exploded into a cultural phenomenon. The evolution of gaming has seen the pendulum move from the days of games replicating society, to society replicating games. Featuring interviews with giants in the gaming industry of yesterday and today, this five-part series examines the evolution of the videogame and its cultural impact on the world of entertainment today." Highly recommended to every player, non-player. Ep. 1/1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hWD5HPZaJ8c go, get it!
  4. http://www.agamesroom.com Up again! (was close due some licensing issues) Okay, so I know, all SW games are now offline (maybe it will change some day again) but a lot of nice Sierra classics are up.
  5. Amazing! Could all this work for other type of cards? I think I should install this game again
  6. http://lab.mimoco.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=13 SW USB
  7. Does that mean Galaxies will be free to play now??? Probably not. I think that's the game they develop instead of Kotor. I don't play online either, it's antisocial
  8. Voted...
  9. Do you have any interior plans for this baby? I would like to see that too.
  10. You should search the web, there are a lot of reports about a PC version
  11. Oblivion is a really nice game, especially if you have a good machine for it. I was collecting all the good old games I used to play 10-15 years ago. Took me all day Some of them are still hard to find due license issues (like all Lucas games) but I get along. Must put them on a dvd (yupp one is enough, some of them are no more than 100kb). I'm planning to build some old parts together and make a vintage pc with Win95, DOS. http://img412.imageshack.us/img412/7679/screenshotuh5.th.gif I'm still hunting for some classics
  12. That sound interesting! How did you come in contact with all those different languages? (except klingon:) ) hungarian, german, english, was learning a bit chinese too.

  15. In between the Ebon Hawk and a Bulk Freighter I would say. Looks interesting.
  16. Oh dear! http://www.getpaidtodraw.com/ Internet is horror
  17. Oh believe me it's possible Besides if the people who wrote the manual programmed the AI, then this would explain a lot or, even vice versa. @J: It sounds like you had wonderful fun Hearing such wonderful things about the game brings out the hope that I might have such a good game someday. I'm going to have to work on my Galaxy Configuration some more now (it's been getting a bit boring lately ). But, the light at the end of the tunnel has shined again, pushing me on Keep on discovering new and curious events! Having.. Sort of strange how the rather wierd game engine can throw games like this at you every once in a while. I won't even begin to go into how i've moded stats to my liking, but the Imperial Fleet has sort refuge on Chandrilia, where a very nasty surprise awaits the rebels, namely the addition of three SSDs and ever growing ISDIIs, and the gathering point of escort carriers loaded with Intercepters and Defenders.. I am still perplexed however as to why they haven't taken Coruscant; granted it's now got four GenCon IIs, a LNR II, and loads of Stormtroopers under a general's command, but not the usual paranoid fleet requirement I usually deploy it with.. Yet the tension remains.. Make sure you tell me if Coruscant gets invaded, I'll reinstall the game immediately (there is always hope)
  18. Could be that I was bombarding rebel planets. Important is, that I could lower my reputation to zero in all sectors letting all planets join the teenagers.
  19. Interesting, I do like that part in the movie.
  20. Exactly! Maybe it's even better than my all-time favourite: ROBOT MONSTER
  21. That sounds interesting, mate! I would like to attend a class focusing on todays Russia and the apocaliptic ubermaffia: Gazprom. However, I don't want to be poisoned with radioactive pills.... uh okay, I don't want to know anything about it
  22. I've lost only once: I usually bombard my own planets and abandon them all (imperial side) starting again on an outer rim with one planet. That was quite hard to win.
  23. Starship Troopers book Dune is classic and has a lot of still very modern thoughts
  24. Sweet Jesus, I need to get this movie! McDonalds has a strangely positive reputation here
