Couldn't you just have B-Wings in your fleet and have even more? And in my games... Tie D's DO have torpedoes.

Yeah, it's a pity about... a. Not being able to contrrol the DS properly as the Rebels, b. Not being able to have more than 1 DS in any one place. Imagine the second... I show up with a fleet of 10 DS-1's fully equipped with Tie Defenders, and a large-ish fleet of ISD-2's and Lancers... The Rebels field their biggest ever fleet... 10 Bulwarks, plus a few starfighters, they can't afford too many because of all those Bulwarks. So you pause at the beginning of the battle, assign, lesse, ten, targets, unpause. Kaboom!!! Sooooo much fun the first couple of times. :D Or at least it would be......

Stargates are theoretically possible... kinda... they wouldn't be like what we see in Stargate SG-1, but they could do the same thing.... without the blue ripply effect.
