Sort of... it's why we call it science fiction!

That's the beauty of phsyics, all it ever can be is the explanation which makes the most sense with the information and evidence available at the time!

It feels to me a bit like we're 'growing up' with Star Wars, like they're trying to make it darker as we grow up. It all seems very mish mash and hit and miss to me. Harrumph.

Woop, congrats Sinister!

God i was dreadful when it came to revising in past years. I could never get focused, and never really paid attention in class. Ah well, now i just have to work all the time but don't take any exams. Money is a wonderful incentive!

Genius, absolute genius!

Tee hee hee, i want one for Christmas!!!

Don't worry, i won't cancel Xmas! Loved the Guitar Hero III thing!

Oh dear, i shouldn't laugh, but i'll bet someone at the network was looking a little sheepish after that!

I dunno, i wasn't that gone on Narnia myself. Seemed a little TOO infantile.

I'm so with you there Tofu. Some of these authors seem to be really getting away from the whole spirit of Star Wars. I can't believe i'm going to say this, but i'm actually starting to think about not collecting the books anymore. They're just not fun to read now. Not the new ones anyway.

Yeah i thought the trailers for Golden Compass looked pretty nifty. My dad and i had a tradition of seeing each LotR film as it was released at xmas as a father son sort of thing, but there just isn't anything suitable anymore

I must admit i always thought Star Trek was the other great candidate for an MMORPG myself.

I don't like them too much. It just seem wasted to bring SO much darkness to what was always an intrinsically good universe. I don't like how they're starting to kill people off and turn them much darker than ever they were before, and blinding moral compasses. I also object to this whole releasing the occasional book as a hard back only for 8 months. Don't they understand how messy it makes my bookcase look?!?

Condolences to all hi family and friends. RIP Paul, you'll be sorely missed, a true SWR member.

Yeah, but you wouldn't wanna sit on his knee and tell him what you want for Christmas would you!!!

Indeed, and thanks to Jahled for sorting mine too!

Heck i haven't even seen any ice yet!

Yup that's us, lightyears ahead of the rest!

I'd heard TF2 wasn't so great. Lack of maps, gametypes and the ability to customise.

No, there is no escape!!! Welcome

Which for most Ewok villages is a very long way...!

I just worry about all the physics nerd chortling on about assimilation and shields etc etc. What i want to know is how would the Borg cope against the Vong.......

I'd go so far as to say that i'd pay for that on XBLA

Haha, had to watch the ghost thing with the sound turned off, but v.funny nevertheless!
