Looks a lot better - hey, just a tip: to make the terrain more smooth, put the Smooth value in the Height Map menu with some value about 8, 9, and than press the mouse scroll wheel. Changed from 0.7 to 3.0 in space units capital xml file. I'm not re uploading Alpha 6 - but all you need to do is re scale the ship to 3.0 instead.
