The dumb thing bounced its back hip off my left front fender, just behind the left head light. It left a dent a little bigger than the size of a softball. Since I bought my new car 3 years ago, I have hit three deer. Amazingly, my car did not show a sign of damage from any of the accidents. Then again, the deer survived all three impacts as well.
