That Ironman-Trailer looks nice.

I also agree with GAT and Kryt what belongs to the new movies.

I don't see why everyone hated The Incredible Hulk so much. I saw it and didn't think it was too bad. I'm not a fan of the comics, though, and had never heard of Hulk, so that could be part of it.

Daredevil... Okay, yeah, that was a pretty weird one, but I still liked the concept; again, I didn't know who Daredevil was when I saw it, but I still liked the idea of a blind superhero.

His girlfriend dying three-quarters of the way through was odd, though, especially when she was trying to kill him and... Ah!

I'll watch the Ironman trailer when I have sound....

Haven't heard of the Hulk or Daredevil before the movies came out?!

Well, maybe I can understand the Daredevil. He wasn't as popular as some other heroes. But Hulk?! Come on man! He must have been referenced a zillion times in pop culture and what not!

And my biggest gripe with the Daredevil was actually aimed more at the character of the Kingpin. In the comics, hes this huge, manipulating, bald white guy. In Daredevil, the Kingpin is transformed into some black boxer. The Kingpin was a great villain who was big in Daredevil and Punisher comics, and also crossed-over into others (I know he shook Spidey's web quite a few times). Needless to say, they took this awesome crime boss (he had no super powers, thus never went toe-to-toe with heroes...he was more of a behind-the-scenes guy who hired other to do his dirty work) and transformed into this buffed out guy who was capable of competing with Daredevil mano-a-mano. Didn't float in my book.

As sad as it is to say Rob... you gotta remember.. Comics are basically dead... well.. not dead.. but they are definately critically wounded... Tofu is only.. what?.. 17? now?.. he was born when comics were at their height yes, but they quickly fell from the height and by the time he was old enough to read and enjoy them they were just the hobby of die hard fans.. if even that.. same thing with baseball cards.. i doubt Tofu is old enough to even have collected baseball cards... probably more like Pokemon and YuGiOh or whatever.. no knock to you Tofu.. I'm just supposing here.. and I would be willing to bet if its not true for you, its definately true for your classmates..

I remember watching some of those on TV back in the day. They were quite cheesy by today's standard (well, OK they were cheesy no matter what  ) and the "theme songs" were catchy. I wonder if they're somewhere on the net? :?

The Marvel Superheroes (1966 TV Series) (added)

(updated)

The Mighty Thor theme song (updated)

Fantastic Four (1967 TV series) & theme song

Spider-Man (1967 TV series) &

Catch 'em if you can :D

EDIT: updated noted links

Hulk was, to the best of my knowledge: A big green, muscley guy who broke things and wore purple boxers. And that was it.

I'm sixteen, actually (Yeah, yeah, I'm young) and never was into collecting cards- I see too far into the future and say "They're just going to become unpopular." Others, however... Dear God, others, they wasted hundreds on those dumb cards...

SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!

At least I collected decent games like Star Wars, Middle-Earth, and X-Files. None of that Magic or Pokemon (I think that was around at the time) or other pointless games.

Mad, you collected...Pokemon? 8O Dear God...

Never collected any cards and happy I didn't. I've only collected Jurassic Park toys, and those weren't for the purpose of collecting, but playing. I've calculated I have a small fortune of Jurassic Park toys now.

I also played with the cards. You could make pretty interessting matches... And I had a killer deck.

I got to see The Gameplan today, staring "The Rock". If you're a fan of his other movies, then check this out. It was very funny, yet heart-warming. I happen to think that he turned out to be a damned good actor. The only movie he was in that I hated was The Scorpion King, but everything after that was golden...
