Mad78 Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Maybe it's even better than my all-time favourite: ROBOT MONSTERI've heard of that one. Looks hilarious. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance
Eagle Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Ohh, I love these crappy Trash-Movies. Today the original "Day of the Dead" is shown on television. I guess you also get Arte, Mad, don´t you? If yes, than have fun. But I would prefer to see "Dawn of the Dead" again, though it´s much much better than "Day". Who cares at all?!
Mad78 Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Yes i do get Arte! I may or may not watch it... It depends how tired I am! http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance
Eagle Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 After watching the recording of "Day of the Dead" it appears that they´ve broadcasted the fully cut 16-version. You even don´t see anyone beeing shot. Who cares at all?!
Mad78 Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 I watched the first forty minutes and found it as boring as the first time. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance
Darth_Rob Posted October 27, 2007 Author Posted October 27, 2007 Does anyone intend on seeing Saw IV this weekend? I loved the first, the second was alright, and then I did not bother seeing the third or fourth. Your feeble skills are no match for the power of the Dark Side! Sinister Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 I've seen Saw and Saw II. I thought the first one was a great movie and the sequel wasn't bad. However, now it seems with III and IV they are really milking the cow. That is usually the way of horror films though. I just watched Mr. Brooks today on DVD. You all gotta rent this movie, as it is definitely one of the years best. http://www.geocities.com/xenogears23/Jokersinsigmgs.jpg "Life is hard. After all, it kills you." - Katharine Hepburn
DarthTofu Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 I read the wikipedia plot summary of Hostel partway through and swore off horror movies once I was done vomiting... 12/14/07Nu kyr'adyc, shi taab'echaaj'la Not gone, merely marching far away
Peregrinus Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 The only ones I've seen that were worthwhile were the Resident Evil movies (light and fun, moreso than th egames, but cool) and the films from the team that did Ghost Ship, 13 Ghosts, and the Remake of House on Haunted Hill. Those have been intelligently done, I feel. --Jonah
Mad78 Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 I saw Wedding Crashers last night. Sinister Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 I read the wikipedia plot summary of Hostel partway through and swore off horror movies once I was done vomiting... Hostel was a sickening movie. It was one of those "horror" movies that was more gory than scary. http://www.geocities.com/xenogears23/Jokersinsigmgs.jpg "Life is hard. DarthTofu Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 I saw Wedding Crashers last night. Was actually better than i expected. That was an excellent movie! I saw the end coming from almost the beginning, and only thought the parts with Will Ferrel(sp?) were any good; the rest of it was just predictable and the humor wasn't all that funny to me. Oddly enough my sister thought it was the best thing ever, so different stuff for everyone, I guess... 12/14/07Nu kyr'adyc, shi taab'echaaj'la Not gone, merely marching far away

It was one of those "horror" movies that was more gory than scary.Allthough I´ve got nothing against any kind of gore, a good horror-movie has to be scary. Those which try to fill the lack of story with goryness rather suck to me. The best horror movies have less or rather no gore in it. For example that old black and white 60s movie about that haunted house, can´t remember its name. That´s still a very cool movie. Who cares at all?!
JediHunter Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 Hostel is one of my favorite movies.. so maybe that's why I liked Saw III... I think Saw III was better than two, so if you havent seen it and liked the first one.. you may want to rent it.. but yea... i saw 30 Days of Night over the weekend. That was a rather awesome movie.. although it does have a good amount of gore.. so if you don't like gore.. this isn't your movie.. but it made me jump a few times.. which was cool.. havent jumped like that in a good while... but as for Saw and Hostel... I think those are psychological horrors more than what i call physical horrors. Physical make you jump and get all scared through music and surprises, where as psychological make you scared through the possibility that its all real and there could be people out there like that... i find those just as scary as the physical make you jump movies.. Mad78 Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 I only saw Saw II... Found it okay but didn't really make me want to see the other episodes. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance
Eagle Posted October 29, 2007 Posted October 29, 2007 SAW I was ok, but not that ubermovie all were talking about. I don´t want to see any sequels of it, because the whole plot would be clear now from the beginning on. So Halloween is near and these are my movie-suggests for that special event: Elvira - Mistress of the Dark NSFW!! Killer Klowns from Outer Space Army of Darkness ( a Must! ) Mom and Dad save the World From Dusk till Dawn ( same) Cemetary Man Return of the Living Dead 2 and for the hardcore gore-fans:Dead Alive Who cares at all?!

I still love it to this day. That is a classic, along with The Shining (with Jack Nicholson) Your feeble skills are no match for the power of the Dark Side! Eagle Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Yes, indeed I do! Got it on DVD and, seriously, thought about to put it in my list too. But I thought that it´s not that funny than the others are. Who cares at all?!
DarthTex Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 Did any of you see Chopping Mall? It appears that No. 5 got to go to New York City and soak up "input" for his sequel, but No. 4 got surplussed and sold to Mall Security for his sequel. It looks like I didn't miss too much by not seeing it Finally, after years of hard work I am the Supreme Sith Warlord! Muwhahahaha!! What?? What do you mean "there's only two of us"?
