Furthermore, the Mon Calamari didn't start converting their starliners into battle cruisers until after the pushed back an Imperial occupation of their planet (source). I doubt the Empire is already in existence in Episode III.

Okaypic 1: On this one Anakin is with a sith but I doubt it is Palpatine.pic 2: I believe this one to be in the jedi temple or in a republican shippic 3: the colors suggest this would be a Confederat ship. the jedis must be trying to overtake it.pic 4: strange guy again. Maybe a republican ship or palpy's officepic 5: seems like he is angry surely a fight scenepic 6: Grievous in a very cool stance. the lightsaber colors are familiar. maybe they were stolen?pic 7: another cool stance with the same saberspic 8: Dooku looks like he is about to die. My guess is he will be decapitated by Ani who is using tzwo blades one of which is Dooku's pic 9: Dooku is defeated. This pic must happen just before the previous one.pic 10: Okay lots to talk about here. looks like we have Z-95s droid starfighters and a few other kinds of fighters.The Dreadnought seems to not be a dreadnought in the end. And they seems to have replaced the normal kind of Trade Fed ships since you only see one on the pic (but i do not generalise)I am intrigued by the larger ship at the back of the pic. i guess the jedis are attacking that one.pic 11: the two apprentices are fighting. The master seems very entertained.pic 12: Anakin seems to be pushing back an attack on this one. Due to defeat? Death or Loss? I'm thinking that these could be reasons for it: Mace is killed, Anakin turns to the Dark Side, Luke and Leia are born (doubtful), Palpatine confronts Yoda and forces him to his knees (the usual evil lord thing, "Bow to your new master" type thing)Pic 3: Completely agree with MadPics 4 and 5: The same dude with Anakin beforePics 6 and 7: Just Grevious in some posses, with Jedi's lightsabersPics 8,9,11 and 12: Very cool, its Anakin fighting Dooku in front of Palpatine. I'm thinking it's just like Luke fighting Vader in front of Palp on the Death Star. However, where Luke chose not to strike down Vader and go to the Dark Side - Anakin chooses to strike down Dooku and join the Dark SidePic 10: Nice space battle of CoruscantPic 13: 100% agree with MadPic 14: Hmm, I don't think she's dead (or at least I hope not). Looking at the others in the room and Yoda, it doesn't look like something bad has or is happening. I doubt the Empire is already in existence in Episode III. If you click on the episode 3 database...they say that the Mon Cal's are there and present so that would lead me to think that there are Mon Cal ships in the movies if they even dont play a big role.
