Guest Admiral_Antilles Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 True, she may never had pulled the trigger, but she sure gave the order to. I would also say Darth Vader would not be my favorite person to torture me. Force-amplified torture...
Stellar_Magic Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 Nah, he was just having fun. If he really wanted information he could use the force to rip it right from their minds... NIIIC Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 Sure Isard's frightening but she never really gets her hands dirty. Its not like she'd stick a blaster in your gut and pull the trigger for looking at her, otherwise Palpy would have long been dead... May I ask who Isard is, I’ve never heard of here.
ADarkJedi44 Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 She's a character in the books? Stellar do you really think she would have killed Palpy? I think she had a thing for old guys... Sweat saves blood-Erwin Rommel
NIIIC Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 Ok, that explains why I don’t know her, I think I’ve better ask mad about her before saying anything stupid
Thumper Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 Isard definitely lived up to her nickname of Iceheart. Some of the things she did... *shudder* As for the poll...Wedge. Non-Force user: it's all skill! I think he was also the only one to fly a fighter (in a battle) in all three movies.I like Han a lot as well--I think he has some of the best lines in the movies. R2 is a close third. EU: Myn Donos. -Thumper TIE pilots shake at the sound of my name! ...Hey, wait! You're not supposed to be shaking with laughter! Which way did they go? How many of them were there? How fast were they going? I must find them! I am their LEADER!
Guest Scathane Posted June 28, 2004 Posted June 28, 2004 R2D2, who else?! Apart from that, I really like the characters we know almost nothing about most, like Barriss Offee in EpII.
Guest Admiral_Antilles Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Whoa, Scath long time no see man. Where ya been?
ADarkJedi44 Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Yeah, Isard was cruel, but I do find her whole brain washing techniques intresting....Scath has been in and out lately.... Sweat saves blood-Erwin Rommel
Guest Scathane Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Whoa, Scath long time no see man. Where ya been? About... I had some trouble with my account after the site's migration...
Mad78 Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Anybody know what happened to Assyr Sei'lar after she pretended to die? http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Palpycard.gifhttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/Mad78/Spamkinguserbarcopy.jpgCLICK HERE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!Click here is you like Trance
NIIIC Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Mad, who is Isard accept that she is in a book? That is all they (the other ones) manage to tell me about her.
ADarkJedi44 Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 She's in the X-wing series yes.Assyr is ummm...the bothan with Gavin? All I remember of her is taking the Lusankya and then she disapears.... Sweat saves blood-Erwin Rommel
NIIIC Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 thank you very much 44 , it has noting to do with you, but what you just said doesn’t help me a lot because I even don't know who is Lusankya or Gavin, the only word I know is "bothan" and it took mad 2 or 3 days to make me understand who they are. So I think it is better you don't TRY to explain too me who are those two women, I think, if you don't want to tape at least 2 days of conversation about them to me.
ADarkJedi44 Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 The 2nd sentence was directed at Mad Isard is a really evil person who takes over the Empire during the X-wing series, in short Sweat saves blood-Erwin Rommel
NIIIC Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Ah you see I’m so confused But thanks for the quick info.
ADarkJedi44 Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 You should read the books....they're very, very good Sweat saves blood-Erwin Rommel
NIIIC Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Really, I mean really They are so many Where start, they are so many editions!
ADarkJedi44 Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 You really would have to chose that on your own...The X-wing series first perhaps, then maybe the Thrawn trilogy... Sweat saves blood-Erwin Rommel
NIIIC Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Ok I will ask mad, I think he has them all, but I don't know if he will say yes because it is since one year he is proposing them to me and I was refusing.
Guest Admiral_Antilles Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 I would do it like this: Watch prequelsWatch OriginalRead Thrawn TrilogyRead X-WIng seriesRead Thrawn duologyRead Young Jedi Knights booksRead NJO seriesWait for post-NJO books
NIIIC Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 I would do it like this: Watch prequelsWatch OriginalRead Thrawn TrilogyRead X-WIng seriesRead Thrawn duologyRead Young Jedi Knights booksRead NJO seriesWait for post-NJO bookswhat are the prequels???
Guest Admiral_Antilles Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Uh.. Episodes 1+2, 3 will be out in 2005.
ADarkJedi44 Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 I think Antilliles has hit the nail on the head there, although I don't know if the Young Jedi Knights series is that critical... Sweat saves blood-Erwin Rommel
NIIIC Posted June 30, 2004 Posted June 30, 2004 What I love is Read Thrawn Trilogy and later Read Thrawn duology, why didn’t they simply to one Fiveiologe or some thing like that, but that has five books. Better if you don't answer, I fell like if I would look stupid.
