Super Star Destroyer

From Star Wars: Rebellion Wiki Original 1.02 & 25th Anniversary

Super Star Destroyer is an Imperial capital ship in Star Wars: Rebellion. The in-game encyclopedia calls it the newest ship model in the fleet. It is eight kilometers long, which dwarfs the Imperial Star Destroyers. It is about five times as powerful as its smaller predecessor and is often used as a command vessel. It is the most powerful conventional warship the Empire has.

In the game

The Super Star Destroyer costs 282 refined material to build and 170 to maintain. It has a fighter capacity of 12 and a troop capacity of 9. Its shield strength is 1200.

The infobox values come from the game's data file. Ratings such as hyperdrive and maneuverability are internal numbers that the manual does not explain, so they are best used to compare ships.

The manual's ship table gives the same capacity: 12 fighters and 9 troops.

25th Anniversary patch

Super Star Destroyer is the name for the Executor-class Star Dreadnought, built by Kuat Drive Yards and Fondor Shipyards as the largest and most formidable warship of the Galactic Empire.

One of the most fearsome warships anywhere, the Super Star Destroyer class includes the notorious flagship Executor, which belonged to Darth Vader. It marked the peak of Imperial naval strength. Huge firepower together with a vast force of troops and TIE fighters let the Executor-class assert Imperial dominance. Sending one signalled that a mission was important or that maximum force was wanted. After the Death Star was destroyed, the Executor and its sister ships became emblems of how determined the Empire was to crush the Rebel Alliance, and they were central to major battles and operations.
