Quesh is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Azbian.

History

Quesh draws growing interest because of its valuable resources. Unusual chemical compounds on the planet were essential for making potent, highly sought stimulants. Several factions competed for these resources, producing unrest and conflict. Though set in a turbulent galaxy, Quesh kept its appeal as a source of rare chemicals, and the fight for dominance went on, with factions seeking to exploit the planet for their own aims, which shaped its history.

In the game

In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Hutt Space sector; the original game calls it the Jospro sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
