Lah'Mu
Lah'Mu is a remote, temperate Outer Rim North world of black sand beaches, fertile lowlands, plateaus and mountains, inhabited by Humans and with no recorded economy.
Lah'Mu is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Generis.
History
Lah'mu stayed fairly quiet and kept its reputation as a distant, secluded world. Being little known worked in its favor, letting it escape the disorder that followed the decisive battle. While the Rebellion kept fighting the Empire, the planet's seclusion appealed to people looking for refuge from the turmoil. It took no direct part in the greater galactic struggle, yet its unspoiled natural resources and its suitability for covert activity gave it importance in the broader course of events.
In the game
In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Outer Rim North sector; the original game calls it the Atrivis sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
