Jaemus

From Star Wars: Rebellion Wiki 25th Anniversary patch

Jaemus is an Outer Rim North planet populated by Humans, with no terrain recorded, and is known mainly as a major industrial producer of starships.

Jaemus is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Moltok.

History

Jaemus remained a major manufacturing center. During the Galactic Civil War, the Empire and the Rebels both took a keen interest in its industrial capacity. The Empire in particular tried to use the planet's production facilities to strengthen its war effort, producing armaments, vessels and further war materiel. Though fought over, the planet's inhabitants endured and adjusted to shifting politics. Throughout the war Jaemus was a key objective for both sides, and its industrial strength influenced how the conflict developed.

In the game

In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Outer Rim North sector; the original game calls it the Atrivis sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
