Exodeen
Exodeen is a little-known planet inhabited by the native Exodeenians, with no detailed information recorded about its terrain, climate or economy, and located in the Core Worlds South.
Exodeen is a star system in the 25th Anniversary patch 3.0.9770. It takes the slot that the original game gives to Halowan.
History
Exodeen, a fairly obscure world, felt the effects of recent events. While the ruling regime tried to keep its hold on the galaxy, planets like Exodeen faced stronger surveillance and pressure to obey. Its people tried to carry on their way of life despite this. The Rebel Alliance, meanwhile, spotted chances in the regime's weakened position and tried to gain a foothold on many planets, Exodeen included. Uncertainty marked the period, with covert operations and spying important as both factions competed for influence and control. As the war went on, Exodeen's fate stayed tied up with the larger struggle for power and freedom.
In the game
In the patch's default ("compatible") galaxy the system keeps its slot's sector and map position. The patch calls its sector the Core Worlds South sector; the original game calls it the Fakir sector. The patch also has an optional "accurate" galaxy that changes map positions only.
