The scale factor is at the same timp realistic and impressive and a problem: I need to run low graphics to play without lags a space battle in your mod... :-\ But do not undo this re-scale, because I remembered right now that last time I played it I was using Anti-Aliasing...  ;D

 

Keep up nice work! (Psst, if you do the New Republic faction, do not forget to make allied with the Alliance in GC  )

Hey the last screenshots are really good. Which mod are the ships from? I like the ISD above all!

The thing spewing a train of orange stuff an a trail of white stuff.

The orange would be the Ion cannon bolts and the white would be the turbolasers, since it's not a close up shot.

This is awesome; This mod really does justice to the enormity of the AT-AT and ISDs. One thing though; are the LAAT/i's scaled properly with the AT-TE? Because the LAAT/v is the same size as the LAAT/i and it can carry AT-TEs.

Those aren't beams...those are missiles

The LAAT and AT-TE are around the same size. If i make the LAAT any bigger you wont be able to see it.

Sometimes, scale has to be sacrificed for playability. And doability. You add something and the biggest size it can be without being unplayable is too small, you either have to make EVERYTHING ELSE smaller, or leave it as-is. Nothing's perfect lol.

 

But is it just me, or does the Nebula SD icon look like a paler version of Jerec's SSD lol. BTW, is the blue-ish ISD in the same screen with the "strange ship" the stock model?

That ship is the Rescuant but its not firing rockets. Those missiles are from other ships. About the scale well you don't really see large ships until much later and even then by its too late. The Eclipse and Soverin have no equals on the battlefield... Which why they are very expensive and time consuming.

 

The Nebula is just a renamed Thrawn SD from Spaceaddons. Yea that blueship is thrawns. My worst fear came true today. My non responding came back. I have NO idea where it comes from. Anyone willing to help me out?

Mr. Caine, could you share the 'space carbonite missile' code? Not the code itself, but I want to know how did you make it be small and make that ammount of 'smoke' behind...  :

Those are from SpaceAddons, (I like Spaceaddons because they have a load hardpoints but I'm not a big fan of their skins or models...) HK all Did was change the scale factor for the missile to like... 0.15.

Well its been a long time since I updated. Honestly I couldn't stop the crashing and I stopped playing this game...But it seems I have...corrected this problem. At least for now.

OFFTOPIC: The link doesn't work for me there, could you put your files on megaupload or some uploading site? The galaxymap looks sweet like that. I think I like "blue and mysterious" for most of my GCs, but I have a nice idea for "green and gloomy".

The link worked fine for me and 11 other people. Ill just make a new topic here on PFF and upload it.
