Yes swgbex is correct. Lucas Arts will officially be sending out the Demo Release date inside their official newsletter on Friday.

i will believe it when i see the e-mail in my inbox, sorry for not being optimistic but i have seen way too many false rumors about this game

I'm interested to see how far back they've actually put the release for the demo. Call me a pessimist, but with it not coming since I was away, I have a bad feeling we could be talking February despite what others have said.

 

Then again that might just me being negative. I'm interested to find out what it is.

I thought they made site updates on fridays? Wouldn't it make more sense to expect to see it on a friday? (Which would probably make the 20th the earliest possible release)

 

I dunno, I'm guessing here. Tuesday would be cool though, it would give me something to look forward to after a full day on campus.

Fridays are already busy because of website updates, so they could spread news ... And tuesdays are the second favourite day for releasing news for LucasArts

well i'll just have to wait til 3.30 GMT to see this so called newsletter as i cant go on MSN at school Rat Basterd Blockers.

They could always release the "release date" for the demo on Friday, but with the release date being "Friday". At least we all wish that. If they think that were not going to be disappointed, that means that either the release date is Friday, or very soon afterwards.

 

Darn, my excitement that had died down back in mid-December is now start to well up again! I hope it doesant get crushed this time as well.

I have a feeling that if the "release date" for the demo tomorrow is later than two weeks from tomorrow (ie it's more than two weeks away) then this place is going to go nuts again. Please everyone just be calm if the release date isn't as soon as we'd like it to be.

they said probably 13-20 so 13 they anounce that its in 20. works pretty well. now I need to do something...

I bet the demo is coming in the year 2525. Just need to wait a bit longer.

No it wont because if they say a date too late then the fan's will go up in arms and an all out storm of the LEC doors will occur they wont want that those door are expensive.
