As I said its hidden well in the Downloads sections it in the RebED section and the Texture Section it was pure LUCK I even saw THAT link... and then its called BMP Converter and not Vakundok's Prog ;) anyway now you can DL it you haven't already :P

Well, I actually knew that it was a bitmap converter. I just wasn't looking well enough.
