I don't see why Scooter should be the greatest techno group. They are really good in Main Stream popular songs. Altrough they lack of creativity and sense for values. In electronic music, I would say that Aphex Twin made much more breaktrhoughs and efforts in techno music.

But it's Kraftwerk that started it all That's a german group too!

Aphex twin i haven't really listened to. I heard the SW remix he made and found it okay.

Good techno groups are

Barthezz

Gigi D'Agostino

Dj Tatana

Three Kings

Dj Spoke

Dj Subsonic

Rocco (really good)

Benassi Bros

I could give you many but will stop there

What do you really listen to LLF?

Toy Dolls - Blaze of the Borough

Scooter - One (always hardcore)
