Are you sure this is accurate Scathane? I don't mean to question your superior intelligence, but it seems to me that it's easier to go from Lieutanant Colonel to Colonel than it is to go from Commander to Lieutenant Colonel

No I didn't know who it was by his voice, but ther are alot more Canadians in Hollywood then people realize. We can't keep track of them all.
