Just finished reading Refugee, and I thought that it was one of the better NJO books out there. I'm going through SW novel withdrawal. Has anyone read Tatooine Ghost or Destiny Way, I haven't read them yet but I refuse to pay $40 on a book when I can buy four for the same price, does any one know if it is worth splurging for???

Dude, just because one does not know how something works but they are able to use it, does not make one stupid. Do you know how every single organ or muscle in your body works??? Yet you use them every day, right? That's what I thought.

I fill it up with Y-wings to be more historically accurate. When the Katana fleet was first made, none of the current fighter squadrons existed, but since the Y-Wing is the oldest fighter I use that.

I think what Lucas was getting at was that Anakin missed an intergral part of his training, the part that Yoda does while the would-be Jedi are still young. Anakin went right from being a slave to a Padawan, he completly skipped past the process that filters out any potential dark-siders, so Obi-Wan had to give the initial training as well as the Padawan training, so maybe it was the initial training that Obi-Wan had failed in, not the Padawn training, hence the line " I thought I could train him as well as Yoda trained me"

Getting back on topic, when I make the Katana fleet, I load it up with Y-Wings. Theymay be slow, but even the 181st would tremble at the sight of 200+ squads of Y-Wings

I think that even then the cost would be too high for us to split between ourselves. Unless everyone who is a member here pitched in it would probabably be too much. I would be interested to know how much was needed though. -

Ah yes, John Candy, a tragic end to a great comic. He actually went to the same school as my step father. A very, very funny man. I have seen Canadian Bacon, not the best movie but he made it watchable. His funniest movie would have to be The Great Outdoors with Dan Aykroyd. I recommend it to everyone.
